Hi, I'm Jackie.
One question stays with me before every session:
If I were sitting where my client is sitting, what would help me feel safe enough to come back?
That question shapes how I show up as a therapist.
Therapy changed my life because it gave me something I didn't know I was missing, a place where I didn't have to perform, explain, or earn my worth. That's the kind of space I hope to create for every person I work with.
I don't believe people are broken.
I believe people adapt.
One quote has stayed with me for years because it captures that idea better than I ever could:
"I lived in a glass house into which my mother could look at any time. In a glass house, however, you cannot conceal anything without giving yourself away, except by hiding it under the ground. And then you cannot see it yourself, either."
I think many of us grow up in our own version of a glass house. Maybe you became the responsible one, the peacemaker, the perfectionist, or the person who learned to stay quiet. Those weren't flaws, they were ways of surviving.
The challenge is that what helped us survive then doesn't always help us live now.
That's where therapy begins.
Together, we'll become curious about the patterns you've been living, not because I want to fix you, but because I want you to understand yourself.
My approach integrates attachment theory, parts work, CBT, DBT, and nervous system regulation because healing isn't about treating isolated symptoms. It's about making sense of your story so you can trust yourself, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels more like your own.

Hello, I’m Tim.
Do you ever feel that tasks of modern life leave you with limited space and energy to focus on your emotional and mental well-being? When people are maxed out emotionally, they sometimes notice a change in their behaviors and relationships. Life demands can lead to imbalances that might manifest as discord with your significant other or family members, feeling the general sensation of stress or fatigue, or not feeling motivated to engage in mood-regenerating practices.
If these experiences resonate with you, I would welcome the opportunity to collaboratively explore the underlying causes, and work toward rebuilding emotional equilibrium. Sometimes people will view therapy and self-care as too much of a time commitment during their already busy schedules; however, I take the stance that it is an essential part of any self-maintenance plan. A practice of working toward better self-understanding and self-compassion is always a return on the investment of time.

Hi I'm Gaby. If you have been feeling sick and stuck in a negative thought process and wondering if there is anyone who can understand or help you, let's talk. I am here to help you experience change and escape from the pattern of life that has left you feeling different, unwell, and stuck.
I am first and foremost a Trauma Informed Recovery Therapist. This means that I believe in you and I believe in your goals and I know we can find a way to get there while acknowledging all that you have been through. I realized I wanted to become a therapist during a serendipitous summer camp experience—40 feet in the air on the high ropes course, I learned that I loved helping people process challenging experiences in creative ways. I love using a lot of different approaches depending on what we are working on. Some of my favorite methods are cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, strength based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
I have been doing individual therapy with teens and adults of all ages since 2020. Previously, I worked as a clinical consultant, clinical director, and clinical supervisor in specialized mental health rehabilitation settings. I have been supporting people in creating and meeting their goals since 2012. I have used all of my past work experiences to learn how to work with clients to explore dreams, and strengths, and learn how to make these things their reality. I use eclectic strategies to support people as they sort through their lives and figure out ways to move forward in a new light.
I believe that therapy is a special space that allows a person to sit, process, and problem-solve in a way that can’t always be done in day-to-day.

Sometimes life can feel heavy, even when everything looks fine from the outside. You may be keeping up with school, work, family, or relationships while privately feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained. You may also be trying to cope with past trauma, substance use, or patterns that no longer feel helpful. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are ready for support but may not know exactly where to begin. My goal is to offer a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you are going through.
My counseling style is relaxed and conversational and one of meeting someone where they are on their path. I'm licensed as a clinical social worker and certified as a psychologically sensitive, trauma-informed yoga teacher through Chicago Room to Breathe. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and complex trauma recovery. With 14 years of social work experience working with people of all ages, I love building relationships with clients, and working alongside them to explore their inner world and help them incorporate new strategies to live a more fulfilling life. I use a trauma-informed approach, which means I aim to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, sovereignty. My intention is to support you as you explore, acknowledge, and express your thoughts and feelings when you're ready to do so.
I aim to provide culturally responsive care, recognizing that race, ethnicity, and religion, as well as physical challenges, all play a unique, powerful impact on the human experience. Working in social services for several years, I also recognize the systemic trauma and oppression that many marginalized groups experience, and I practice clinically from this perspective.
My priority is offering clients a supportive, empathetic environment in order to facilitate growth and insight. I recognize that it takes courage to reach out for support, and I feel deeply honored by the opportunity to work with others in becoming their most authentic, whole selves.

At whatever pace you are comfortable I am here to help you identify and prioritize your issues to begin to overcome the problems that are holding you back from thriving as your best self. In addition to my work as a therapist, I also bring experience as a veterinary social worker, which has deepened my understanding of the emotional challenges that can come with caregiving, grief, loss, and life transitions. This background allows me to offer added compassion and support, especially for clients navigating the unique bond between humans and animals or the stress that can come with caring for a beloved pet.
With a warm and collaborative style, I strive to make therapy feel approachable, respectful, and genuinely connected to each client’s needs. I bring curiosity, care, and intention to my work, and I value helping clients navigate challenges while also reconnecting with their sense of self, purpose, and direction. My practice, Infinite Pathways, reflects my belief that there is more than one way forward, and that healing often begins when people feel supported in discovering what works best for them.

Hi! I'm Dena (she/her).
I have 15 years experience and truly love my vocation! I enjoy empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live their best lives. I believe everyone has the ability to heal, sometimes we all need a little help. I am passionate about the power of therapy to aid people in living their best, most authentic lives.
I live on the tristate border and provide remote therapy for persons in Illinois and Iowa. An Iowa native, I spent about a decade living and working in SoCal and Phoenix before returning to the Midwest to be with my (now) husband and step kids. Yes, I left sunny San Diego, in December, for the snowy Midwest! The things we’ll do for love!
I have personally benefitted greatly from therapy. I am Bi/queer, have ADHD, and several physical disabilities, all of which were diagnosed after college. Therapy helped me develop much needed coping skills so I could be successful in grad school and beyond. Therapy also helped me with the intense stressors related to being a young professional during the Great Recession. I continue to utilize therapy as part of my self care routine.
If you are coping with symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self worth, or concerns related to ADHD or chronic health conditions, I would love the opportunity to work with you. I would love to help you to achieve a present no longer overshadowed by past traumas, negative self talk, or uncontrolled anxiety.
I would describe myself as warm, honest, and practical. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard and understood, while also helping you take meaningful steps toward the life you want. Every person already has strengths within them, even when stress, pain, or old patterns make those strengths hard to access.
In our work together, I will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and respect. I will also be direct when needed. I do not believe therapy is about judgment, but I do believe growth often requires accountability, honesty, and a willingness to try new ways of thinking and responding.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois.
I specialize in working with adults that feel stuck. Life is busy, overwhelming at times, and constantly changing. I will help you develop skills to cope with anxiety, depression, and life stressors.
The goal of treatment is validation and re-focusing on individual strengths in order to improve quality of life.
“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.”

How can I help?
Hi! My name is Bianca, I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent over a decade in the lives of people who needed someone in their corner. That range shaped me. I work with children, teens, young adults, and families carrying trauma, transitions, and the weight of just trying to hold it together — and I'm committed to making sure cost is never the reason someone doesn't get support. People heal when they feel safe and truly seen. That's the work.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in seeing the whole person. Healing begins in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I have provided compassionate therapy to adults, couples, families, veterans, college students, and professionals. I address mental illness, life transitions, and relationship challenges with a client-centered and integrative perspective.
I began training to be a psychotherapist 15 years ago after having worked in publishing for many years. Becoming a Social Worker and helping others has always been a kind of calling for me, but it took a little while for me to arrive at my goal. I hope that that part of my story helps to prove that it is never too late to change or to pursue goals. I continue to integrate the things that I have learned through formal education and through my own experiences of life so that I am best able to help others who are experiencing distress and difficulties with navigating life.
We all need additional support from time-to-time, especially given the complicated, fast-changing world we live in. My goal as a psychotherapist is to be a source of support and assistance as you develop insight into the difficulties you face and as you begin to develop strategies for change. Through interactive-therapy sessions, I help you to understand and clarify life’s challenges and I support you as you begin to make the changes that are needed to make progress towards your goals. I help my clients to discover and explore a positive path in therapy that they can then continue to follow as they pursue their goals and their lives independently.

You may be looking for a fulfilling relationship, struggling to communicate with a significant other, or working through betrayal trauma. You may be seeking guidance while in a polyamorous / non-monogamous relationship. You may be in the midst of a life transition, feeling lost and overwhelmed, needing compassionate support and direction. I also support women experiencing perimenopause and menopause-related life changes. Peri- and menopause can be a difficult time, filled with physical discomfort and emotional upheaval. I offer a supportive space where you can share your experiences and find effective strategies to overcome your struggles. I am here to empower you with new tools that will move you toward what brings you to life. I will guide you toward self-compassion, so you can embrace all aspects of yourself and thrive.
I ensure that my therapy space is safe, sex-positive, LGBTQIA, ENM/Polyamory, neurodiversity, and kink affirming.
