Hello, i am EMDR trained, certified alcohol and other drugs (CADC) counselor and certified clinical trauma therapist based in Illinois. I received my master's degree in social work from the University of Illinois Chicago. I have 15 years experience providing evidence-based practice and care to a diverse group of clients. I work collaboratively with clients redefining mental healthcare and teaching skills to independently manage symptoms for long-term wellness.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be introductions, establishing expectations and goals. Next, we will discuss presenting issues/concerns which will help us collaboratively develop treatment plan to work through and making adjustments as needed.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Working with a diverse client group for over 15 years, acquiring specialized trainings such as EMDR, clinical trauma as well as addiction studies, has uniquely equipped me with deeper insight to successfully connect with and help clients navigate life's challenges and find healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Feeling overwhelmed? tired of "faking it", holding it all together? making everyone else happy but not getting what you need? Let's connect and figure out how to make YOU a priority.
