New to Grow
Hello, I’m Sherise Nicholas, LCSW, CADC. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. I work with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and everyday life concerns. My approach combines practical coping strategies with a strengths-based perspective to help clients build resilience, improve self-awareness, and create meaningful and lasting change."
"During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, personal history, goals, and what you hope to gain from treatment. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what feels most important. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you feel supported and leave with a clear direction for moving forward."
"My greatest strengths are creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and turning insight into practical change. With my experience as an LCSW and CADC, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and everyday challenges using a strengths-based and solution-focused approach. I believe in meeting clients where they are, building on resilience, and helping them develop realistic tools they can apply in daily life."
