You might be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or emotionally stuck — like everything takes more effort than it should. Maybe your thoughts won’t slow down, your motivation is low, or you’re going through the motions without feeling fully present. Many of the adults I work with live with anxiety, depression, trauma, or are navigating major life transitions, including autistic adults and those exploring a later-in-life diagnosis.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My style as a therapist is relational and supportive. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely understood. Our work together isn't about fixing you or pushing you to change before you’re ready. It’s about building a trusting relationship where you can show up as yourself — without masking, over-explaining, or having all the answers.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I strive to provide safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment. These principles guide a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes physical and emotional safety, builds trust through consistent actions and clear expectations, and promotes a sense of control and agency in the healing process.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults around anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and neurodivergence, and I also facilitate autism support groups. In both individual therapy and group spaces, I focus on helping you better understand yourself, develop coping tools that actually fit your life, and feeling more grounded and connected over time. Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and you don’t have to take it alone. If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I invite you to reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation and see if working together feels like a good fit.

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

Safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment. These principles guide a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes physical and emotional safety, builds trust through consistent actions and clear expectations, and promotes a sense of control and agency in the healing process.

Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic therapy helps people understand how unconscious patterns shaped by early relationships influence their current thoughts, emotions, and relationships, so those patterns can be recognized and changed.

Gender-affirming therapy

Gender-affirming therapy supports individuals by validating their lived experience and helping them navigate emotional, social, and psychological challenges in a way that promotes well-being.

Existential

Existential therapy helps people examine questions of meaning, freedom, responsibility, and mortality to live more authentically and intentionally.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

Culturally sensitive therapy recognizes and respects a client’s cultural identities and lived experiences, integrating them into treatment to provide care that is relevant and affirming.
