As a therapist, I believe healing begins when we start listening to our emotions rather than pushing them away. I work with young adults and BIPOC individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck in cycles they can't explain. I offer a space where your full self is welcomed. You don't need to have everything figured out to start therapy. You just need to be willing to show up.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I always start with an introductory session, where you'll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing. From there, we'll work together in sessions to set goals you would like to work on.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is integrative, collaborative and trauma-informed. I tailor therapy to your needs whether you prefer structure and tools or more open, exploratory space.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who may appear high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally with anxiety, relational stress or harsh self-criticism. They may feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, overthink interactions and avoid difficult emotions or find themselves repeating cycles they want to break. I work best with individuals looking for support to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients to better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors in a supportive, practical way. We'll identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore the beliefs driving emotional distress, and build healthier ways of coping that feel realistic and sustainable. My approach focuses on increasing self-awareness, challenge negative self-talk and develop coping skills outside of sessions.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution focused therapy to help clients identify their strengths and create meaningful change without feeling stuck in the past. My approach encourages client to focus on achievable goals, recognize patterns and develop practical solutions.
