During our intake, we’ll take some time to understand what you’ve been experiencing and work together to craft a personalized plan that will help ease all your symptoms.
I use a variety of evidenced-based modalities including ACT, CBT, EFT Person-Centered, and many more, but underlying all the approaches is a safe empathic space with unconditional positive regard.
