Regardless of how often we meet, be it once a week, once per month, or once in a lifetime, my goal is to create an atmosphere free from external judgment. This will allow you room to develop both clarity and confidence in the decisions you make while you determine the best manner in which to live your life. As you gain greater insight into ongoing challenges, I will provide theory based reflective and directive clinical support. Through this process, you may find your ability to grow and change has a limitless capacity. It's time to experience life on your terms.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session I spend a significant amount of time assessing the client's clinical needs. This is a crucial part of the process as I value my clients time and my professional goal is to make sure that every second my clients are in my care is clearly focused on helping them to resolve the presenting problems.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My motto is, "helping clients to live life on their terms." I am focused like a laser beam on helping my clients to develop the internal strength to handle any life obstacles as they work to gain full control of the most important thing, the direction of their lives. My goal is to give every client something that helps them reach this goal by the end of the 1st session.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have found that helping clients to understand how their thoughts and feelings influence their actions is an effective approach to providing treatment.

Reality Therapy

Choice Theory as it is also commonly referred to has been a mainstay in my therapeutic approaches to supporting my client's mental health needs. As well, the correct practice of this theory increases the client's sense of personal power and self-control by making actionable decisions.

Existential

The meaning of life and those greater purposes that drives people to take action in making tough decisions remains an integral part of helping clients that are lost, afraid and unsure of how and what direction to move in.
