I’m a licensed therapist who works with people navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping clients build skills to relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions while moving toward what matters most to them. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where change feels possible and sustainable. I work to understand people''s experiences and how those experiences impact people.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I understand that initial sessions can be stressful. In an initial session, I will work to get to know and understand the client. I like to introduce what therapy looks like and understand how therapy can be effective. I like to set treatment goals on what therapy will work towards in our initial session.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of the greatest strengths I have as a therapist is building genuine connections with clients. I worked on building trust in order to best support clients through their journey.

I am suited to work with clients who value a supportive, collaborative therapeutic relationship. Many of the clients I help are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, or changes in identity or direction and want a space to feel understood while working toward growth. I aim to support clients who are open to curiosity, honesty, and gradual change
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I utilize ACT techniques to assist clients in finding ways to manage distressing emotions and thoughts. I work with ACT to help client's stay present in the moment and to take action in their lives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize CBT to help process the connection between our thoughts and feelings. CBT utilizes skills we can learn in session and implement in your life. CBT helps clients learn the nature of their thoughts and how they impact their well-being.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I utilize DBT to help clients improve their ability to understand and regulate their emotions. I work with clients to learn coping skills to manage their emotions.
