I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and have a PhD in Psychology. I have over 14 years of experience working in private practice with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have also worked as a school counselor for 24 years.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting issues, coping with grief and loss, abuse/domestic violence, and anger management. My name is Tyundreya Lindsey and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have practiced therapy for the past ten years. My therapy background includes community mental health, public and private psychiatric inpatient programs, and private practice.
I specialize in anxiety, relational/marital issues, and stress management. Are you someone who needs an outlet to release your thoughts, as well as learn ways to cope with stressors? I provide education and tools needed to set boundaries, regulate emotions, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been counseling clients dealing with a variety of mental, emotional, and relational issues for a number of years. I have counseled adolescents, adults, families, couples and groups. I decided to pursue a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy because I realized the impact that our families, and society as well, have on our mental and emotional development. The impact is both positive and negative and may manifest as depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, a lack of a sense of self and other mental and emotional disorders.
In counseling, I help clients explore those influences and the impact on their life. My specialties then center around helping clients gain insight into those influences, become more empowered, develop a stronger sense of self, and take steps to become who they really are; thereby addressing mental and emotional health issues.
It's important to note that many times, experiences unfortunately include trauma and loss. It may be childhood or other trauma. Identifying, acknowledging and processing trauma and loss is therefore often a part of the process of becoming more empowered and developing that strong sense of self described above.

My favorite book of all time is Viktor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning. One of the many wonderful things he says in that book is "When we are no longer able to change a situation we are challenged to change ourselves."
I see our work together as a team effort. Each client I see has his or her own story and unique perspective on that story, and I believe that within that story are the seeds to healing. My approach to helping my clients is in seeing each of my clients as a whole person who is struggling with something, whether it is anxiety, depression, relationships issues, substance abuse, communication, parenting, trauma, etc. Most often, it is how we perceive a situation or a struggle that defines how we deal with it or respond to it. I hope that I can help you with whatever your struggle may be, and to help you rewrite your story. I am not here to "fix" you, The work is yours to do, I am a facilitator and I provide evidenced based treatments, support and accountability., I help you gain clarity by providing a safe place to put your struggles and a place to heal and improve your overall health and wellbeing. With more than six years of counseling experience, I specialize in helping people navigate co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I also welcome clients who are seeking support for mental health concerns or substance use challenges on their own—you do not need to be experiencing both to work with me. My approach is supportive, empathetic, and practical. While understanding the past can provide valuable insight, I believe meaningful change begins with the choices we make in the present. I encourage clients to be active partners in therapy and to apply what they discover in sessions to their daily lives. My perspective is shaped by both professional experience and lived experience, allowing me to connect with many of the challenges my clients face with genuine understanding rather than judgment. Together, we can build insight, strengthen resilience, and work toward lasting, positive change.

I have more than 28 years of experience helping adults and adolescents work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and everyday stress.
I believe therapy should feel supportive and useful. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I tailor our work to your individual needs. Together, we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthier ways of coping, strengthen your confidence, and identify practical steps toward the changes you want to make.
I use approaches that can help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. I also incorporate mindfulness, emotional support, and practical strategies based on your needs and goals. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard and understood, while also gaining tools you can use in your everyday life.
Hello I am Maurice a Licensed Professional Counselor I chose to become a therapist after serving over 30 years as a public servant. I also take pride in being a U.S Army veteran. I bring to each session a broad spectrum of life experiences in public, government & military settings. I feel that my experiences have provided me with a unique insight into the challenges that clients may face and have shaped my empathetic spirit and relatable perspective to treatment. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Governors State University.
Hi, I’m Keira, a therapist for women who are tired of overthinking, feeling stuck, and carrying everything on their own.
You might be high-functioning in your day-to-day life, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve tried to “figure it out” on your own, but keep running into the same patterns.
I specialize in insight-oriented therapy—helping you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why. Together, we’ll look at the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, relationships, and emotions so you can create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll help you see things from new angles, challenge what’s not working, and support you in building a stronger, more grounded sense of self.
I work best with clients who are open to self-reflection and interested in understanding themselves on a deeper level. If you’re looking for a space to explore, gain insight, and make lasting changes, we’ll likely be a good fit.
