Are you looking for a therapy experience that is non traditional to a typical office talk therapy session? Are you frustrated you are struggling with the same issues year after year despite several bouts of therapy? Are you open to trying something different and having therapy sessions at a farm setting surrounded by nature and farm animals? If this is intriguing, I invite you to continue reading. Counseling and Counselor Education Services of Georgia (CCESGA) is located at a private farm in McDonough, Georgia. Clinical practice incorporates equine interactions, the farm environment, nature, and biofeedback to enhance the psychotherapy experience with you toward meeting your therapy goals The therapeutic experiences at this non traditional healthcare setting simply cannot be provided or replicated in a traditional office setting yet it does not replace evidenced based care which is at the core of my practice.

I am a cognitive behavioral therapist with subspecialties incorporating equine interactions, the equine environment, mindfulness, and biofeedback.

You deserve a safe place to heal and grow. Whether you are challenged with anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, or other life issues that impede your happiness, I am here for you and look forward to working with you.

First session

Clients can expect a comfortable and safe setting outdoors; you may be greeted by a donkey when you arrive; our first session focuses on getting to know each other, discussing your reasons for therapy and your goals; we take time to get to know each other and I may ask alot of questions to help me understand who you are and what brings you to therapy; you will also learn about my theoretical orientation, what that means, and my approach to counseling.

My niche is providing a safe, calm environment and incorporating experiential interactions outdoors with nature and equines.

Dr. Hall was effective at helping me work through my concerns. She provided strategies I can use to help with my current situation. I like that she was kind but direct with me. I appreciate the directness and I feel like I needed to hear it that way.

Starting therapy can be scary, it is the start of a new relationship. Dr Hall has made it feel safe and comfortable for me. Grow therapy made it easy for me to connect with the type of therapist I am looking for, taking out some of the uncertainty.
