My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well. I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons. With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia. I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

I’m a therapist who helps you remember who you are beneath the self-doubt, survival patterns, and old stories. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve had to hide or silence—especially the inner child. I work at the intersection of self-worth, spirituality, and soul-aligned growth, supporting clients in finding clarity, confidence, and deeper meaning. I specialize in working with those who feel like they’ve spent a lifetime holding it all together while feeling unseen or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients are navigating transitions—whether it’s stepping into adulthood, breaking generational cycles, leaving behind people-pleasing, or exploring who they are beyond roles and expectations. If you’ve ever felt like you're constantly performing, second-guessing yourself, or longing to feel safe in your truth, you’re not alone. In our work together, I draw from evidence-based therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and somatic practices, while also incorporating space for spiritual exploration, ancestral healing, and intuitive insight. I honor each client’s cultural, emotional, and energetic experiences and believe in co-creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. This is more than just symptom management—it’s about coming home to yourself. I’m here to walk with you as you reclaim your voice, reconnect with your purpose, and live more fully in alignment with who you truly are—mind, body, and spirit.

Hi, I’m Keira, a therapist for women who are tired of overthinking, feeling stuck, and carrying everything on their own. You might be high-functioning in your day-to-day life, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve tried to “figure it out” on your own, but keep running into the same patterns. I specialize in insight-oriented therapy—helping you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why. Together, we’ll look at the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, relationships, and emotions so you can create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll help you see things from new angles, challenge what’s not working, and support you in building a stronger, more grounded sense of self. I work best with clients who are open to self-reflection and interested in understanding themselves on a deeper level. If you’re looking for a space to explore, gain insight, and make lasting changes, we’ll likely be a good fit.

I am a master’s level licensed clinical mental health counselor (LMHC), (LPC) and credentialed SUD Counselor (CASAC-A) (CADC II) with training and expertise in both Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as psychodynamic treatment. I work with young adults and adults and have expertise in treating patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, compulsive, addictive behaviors and domestic violence. I have specialized training in various evidence-based treatments for trauma such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I hope to help patients learn effective ways to cope with stress, manage difficult emotions and communicate well with others. We have all acquired ways of coping that get in the way of our development, and manifest as emotional pain, such as anxiety and depression. I work with clients to identify and reduce these painful symptoms. Clients are then freer to use their energy in pursuit of their goals. I work with young, midlife, and older adults. I develop a safe and collaborative relationship with clients. In that context, I do short and long-term psychotherapy and train clients to use specific protocols to modify symptoms that are in the way of personal and professional functioning. My approach provides support, guidance, and education to help you become the best version of yourself and work towards achieving your goals. I consider it an honor to work alongside you, and I look forward to meeting you soon.

Are you striving to find satisfaction with your work, life or relationships? Do you want to focus on fixing immediate problems rather than unraveling past hurts? Do you want to build a strong foundation for your current or future relationship? Have you grown tired of being treated like a problem and not a person? I primarily take a narrative approach to counseling. Narrative therapy begins with the premise that you are not the problem; the problem is the problem. The way we see ourselves can be defined by the language that we use. I see my role as a co-author, helping you develop an alternate personal history so that you may move forward with courage and confidence.

My name is Janet Muta and I am a Licensed Clinician with over 17 years of experience in mental health, behavioral issues and relationships. I treat individuals from diverse backgrounds. My approach is treating the whole person because most of the time our problems are the outcome of more than just one thing and when I get to know you I am able to address different issues that could be contributing to that one specific problem. We all experience some difficulties in our lives sometimes and we all cope differently. What works for one person/couple who are experiencing a similar situation may not work for another and so I personalize your treatment to fit you. Are you looking for a therapy experience that is non traditional to a typical office talk therapy session? Are you frustrated you are struggling with the same issues year after year despite several bouts of therapy? Are you open to trying something different and having therapy sessions at a farm setting surrounded by nature and farm animals? If this is intriguing, I invite you to continue reading. Counseling and Counselor Education Services of Georgia (CCESGA) is located at a private farm in McDonough, Georgia. Clinical practice incorporates equine interactions, the farm environment, nature, and biofeedback to enhance the psychotherapy experience with you toward meeting your therapy goals The therapeutic experiences at this non traditional healthcare setting simply cannot be provided or replicated in a traditional office setting yet it does not replace evidenced based care which is at the core of my practice. You deserve a safe place to heal and grow. Whether you are challenged with anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, or other life issues that impede your happiness, I am here for you and look forward to working with you.
