Do you feel you are everywhere and nowhere simultaneously? Are you struggling to figure out how to find balance or real happiness? Do you want to change your life but just don't know how?
Hi, I am Crystal and I am here to help!
But HOW can I help, you may be thinking? Well, I can provide you with a safe and non judgemental space in which you can re-focus on what is truly important to you by walking along side of you on your therapeutic journey of self-awareness. Together we will develop a treatment plan that will help us reach your desired outcomes. I have found that incorporating the arts into therapy is quite beneficial since sometimes words can not capture our emotions as intensely or as accurately as a song or piece of art can. I also love to use mindfulness and bibliotherapy with clients and have been amazed at the success of using all of these approaches.
You have taken the first step towards your new life already by researching which led you here. Won't you take that next step and connect today so that we can begin your journey? Change is hard, but I will be here to support you every step of the way!

Greetings, thank you for choosing me as a provider. My practice focuses on helping diverse individuals navigate life's challenges through personal growth and self-discovery. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you can explore your unique experiences and gain the confidence to present yourself authentically in the world. My approach is a collaborative journey in which you are the expert on your own life. We work together to gently explore your experiences, understand what has influenced you, and uncover your inner strengths so you can gain the confidence to live a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. My hope is to create a space where you feel completely comfortable sharing your thoughts. I'm an active listener who asks questions to ensure I fully understand your perspective, and I often reflect on what I hear to confirm we're aligned. This is about us working together to understand your experiences. We'll break your goals into smaller, manageable steps and identify the skills you need to develop or the thought patterns to address. Our sessions will be a space to practice these new skills and explore any challenges that arise. I'll provide practical tools and support, celebrating your progress and adjusting our plan as needed.
Hi, I'm Tiffany Jones. I am a licensed holistic psychotherapist who deeply believes that healing begins when we stop chasing perfection and start embracing our real, beautifully messy lives. With a focus on whole-person healing, I integrate existential, experiential, and person-centered therapy, always tailored to a client’s unique story. My approach is rooted in the belief that we’re shaped by more than just what’s going on inside us. We’re also impacted by culture, community, and lived experience; I offer a space where all of that can be honored.
Feeling disconnected from yourself or the life you’re living? I support clients seeking deeper self-understanding and liberation from patterns and identities that no longer serve them. In a compassionate, collaborative, and affirming space, we explore healing and empower you to create a life that feels aligned, authentic, intentional, and alive.
I prioritize communication that is open and self-expressive. I listen deeply, reflect what I hear, and offer feedback that supports insight and growth. This is a space where you don’t have to filter yourself, your voice and lived experience are welcome.
What matters most to you shapes our work. Together, we define your aspirations and translate them into meaningful, tangible change. Our focus is on integrating growth into your daily life so that transformation is not just understood, but embodied.
You may notice that some sessions are held off video or in a hybrid format. This is an intentional part of how I practice. As a neurodivergent clinician, not always being on video allows me to be more fully present, attuned, and grounded in the work. Many clients find this creates a more comfortable space to show up openly and authentically.
That said, I aim to meet clients where they are, and we can always discuss what session format feels most supportive for you.
Teenage years are stressful on the teen and the family. Is your teen having a hard time making healthy choices? Are they angry for no apparent reason? Is your teen a bully or are they being bullied? Parenting a teenager is difficult. I also specialize in counseling teens that identify as LGBTQ+.
It can get better, with the right help. I’ve been working with teens for many years and I know how tough it can be on the teen and the parent. Imagine your teen being able to communicate their thoughts/feelings without anger or resentment. I can help you build trust with your teen and communicate without arguing in family counseling.
You may find yourself feeling things that don’t seem to make sense. You feel like you should be happy, able to manage it all, or that you shouldn’t feel stressed or worried because your problems don’t seem ‘big enough.’ Maybe you’re dealing with changes—whether planned or unexpected—that are difficult to navigate. Perhaps areas of life are being negatively impacted by stress related to the current state of the world.
Hi! I’m Gina, and I specialize in empowering people to uncover the valid reasons behind their thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together, we transform reflection into action, helping you uncover your strengths, set clear goals, and make lasting change. The impact of our work extends beyond the therapy room—clients leave feeling more confident, empowered, and connected to their true selves.

Hi.
I am a LPC in Georgia and a LCMHC in North Carolina. Additionally, I am a Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I received my master's degree from VCU in 2015, became licensed in 2020, and have been practicing on my own ever since. I live by two mottos "It takes a village" and "take time for you". It is important to “take time for yourself,” because we need time to recharge, so that we can continue to persevere. However, there comes a time in everyone’s life where the support of the village is needed. That’s why I believe it "takes a village” and working together as a team is important. Whether it is a clinician and client duo, or a team of medical professionals, we can achieve reasonable and practical goals.
