I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to supporting adult clients through life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care. I received my Master's from Georgia State University and have been practicing 16 years. With a client-centered approach, I help individuals navigate emotional distress, relationship issues, life transitions, and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe and empowering space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and make meaningful changes
In our initial session, we will begin with brief introductions and then explore the specific challenges currently faced. This session will guide me in developing a personalized plan for us to address in future sessions.
With 16 years of experience working with adults, I have developed a proven approach that helps you (a) uncover the underlying causes of your challenges and (b) design a personalized plan that supports clear, measurable progress.
I enjoy working with adult clients who may benefit from my support. My clients are individuals navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, or relationship difficulties. My clients are often high-functioning yet silently carrying the weight of unresolved emotions or unmet needs—and they are ready to explore, heal, and grow.
In my therapy practice, I use Integrative Therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs by drawing from multiple therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. This flexible method allows me to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational issues by combining techniques that best fit the client’s goals, personality, and experiences. My focus is on creating a personalized and holistic approach that promotes lasting change and overall well-being.
