Hi, I’m LaNae! Think of me as the therapist who brings equal parts humor, warmth, and honesty into the room. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or scary—it can be a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and even laugh a little along the way. I’m not a one size fits all therapist. However, if I am a match we will take great strides and efforts to reach your goals.
Hi. I'm Christine. Over-stressed and demoralized these days? Are familiar activities and places that you've found soothing suddenly not offering relief from anxiety and depression? There is no failure or shame in revamping your coping skills, finding inspiration in new narratives, and challenging old beliefs that keep you from embracing the many versions (discovered and undiscovered) of you! Are you caught in the comparison trap? Spiraling in a bad algorithm? I will help you find meaningful connection, improve relationship skills, and teach emotional regulation strategies. Life transitions can be tricky too, and it can be helpful to talk though periods of loss and change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in journalism, gardening, and photography. I am passionate about creating habitats for local wildlife and believe one's relationship with the natural world is impactful to their level of overall wellness. I enjoy tapping people into various modes of expression, and I'm drawn to helping people live their most authentic lives.

Over the last 8 years of working as a therapist, I've seen and experiencing everything. From children struggling in the schools, to woman struggling with everyday life problems, I've realized one thing that they have in common-hope. Hope is important when coming to therapy. You are hoping to feel better; you are hoping to come to become a new person. I want us to work on how we treat ourselves allows others to treat us in the same way. My goal as a therapist is to help you help yourself. As a Reality therapist, I focus on your current relationships and conflicts. This type of therapy doesn't really focus on the past unless it is trying to connect some sort of pattern of behavior. As a reality therapist, I see behaviors as choices and learning how to change those behaviors to have a better outcome so that one can FEEL real love for themselves and others! All the reality therapist I know are very honest, direct, and focus on you taking accountability for your actions. I pray for all of my clients for their love, joy, peace, be restored during this process of healing themselves. I am a faith-based therapist who believes GOD and therapy is important and using verses and stories from the Bible provide symbolism and revelation in the areas of anger, anxiety, depression, and more.

Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Georgia. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia and have been practicing over 30 years. I am passionate, hard-working, and my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment while assisting you with your healing, finding a balance, and helping you become the person you were created to become.
Hi.
I am a LPC in Georgia and a LCMHC in North Carolina. Additionally, I am a Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I received my master's degree from VCU in 2015, became licensed in 2020, and have been practicing on my own ever since. I live by two mottos "It takes a village" and "take time for you". It is important to “take time for yourself,” because we need time to recharge, so that we can continue to persevere. However, there comes a time in everyone’s life where the support of the village is needed. That’s why I believe it "takes a village” and working together as a team is important. Whether it is a clinician and client duo, or a team of medical professionals, we can achieve reasonable and practical goals.

I encourage and empower you to unlock the power you have inside of you. I promise you it’s there! Things have started falling apart around you. You're worried about losing a relationship, your job, or worse. People close to you have started to mention they are worried about you. A part of you wants to change, but you're stuck between unbearable emotions and trying to keep everything under control. And it's not working out. You may be lashing out, drinking more, or avoiding people close to you. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, shame from the past, or out-of-control substance use, you don’t have to stay where you are – suffering. You’re resilient and persistent, and right now, you’re just stuck.

I can help you figure out how to get back on track by teaching you the tools you’ll need to manage your feelings and problems and how to recover your relationships. No one needs to go through what you are feeling, alone.

If you are ready to make changes to allow you to more fully enjoy your life then I am eager to assist you towards your goals.
