LPC, 20 years of experience
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida . I received my Masters degree from the NOVA State University and have been practicing for the past 20+ years. I have experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. I help individuals become the best version of themselves navigating through their traumas, addictions and mental unwellness.
Individuals will set the pace of treatment in a non-judgmental, safe place and receive excellent customer service that will ensure the treatment and the therapeutic connection is the right fit for them.
My greatest strength as a provider is I HEAR you, I work with YOU for the outcome that YOU desire. I put you first while providing you with safe, therapeutic techniques that will begin your healing.
I am compassionate in working with any individual seeking treatment. I know it is a big step for you and for that I want to help you meet your needs so that you can be the person you want to be.

I've been so happy with Anna Miller. We are now several sessions in and she has already found ways to help me improve my mood and life in positive ways. Mental health is a journey and it seems like she will be great at considering both the small steps as well as the bigger goals along the way.
I use CBT to help individuals work on the way they think, feel and behave that could be unhealthy for their wellbeing.
I use Narrative therapy with individuals to rewrite their story. This treatment method could be used in trauma work as well with individuals with anxiety. Narrative therapy allow us to separate ourselves (the person) from the identified problem.
I use motivational interviewing with individuals living with a substance use disorder and helping/supporting them in their efforts to change. Harm reduction and 12 steps can also be used in treatment. I focus on what the individual's desires are while assisting the in understanding addiction, the impact on self and others and how to move forward and grow.
In couples counseling we focus on what your goal is as a couple, what it is that you want to accomplish as a whole. I use the Gottman Method to help couples deepen their understanding of each other; Imago relationship theory to deepen the relationship and promote relational growth.
As a therapist I believe it is important to educate individuals on their diagnosis and treatment options so that they can have a better outcome on their wellbeing.
