About me

I help people facing difficulties in their lives to grow, understand, and thrive. My past experiences include the provision and supervision of crisis services, as well as years of work in the behavioral health policy realm. I believe in the advancement of the rights of all individuals as a personal and professional responsibility. Currently, I specialize in trauma-informed therapy to help alleviate anxiety, depression, and maladaptive coping mechanisms. Together we will collaborate to nurture resilience, foster self-acceptance, and build meaningful connections in your life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, you can tell me the problems that brought you to therapy. Then, we will go through a series of questions and conversations about your social and family history, and current stressors. My hope is to create goals with you and together, determine how to work best towards them.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am very direct, while still listening empathetically and being fully present. I want to ensure that I understand your strengths and challenges, and that I can work with you as a partner to help address these.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I serve older adolescents and adults, particularly those experiencing intermittent depressive or anxious symptoms. I work well with women, men, the LGBTQ+ community, and older adults.
