Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinal Social Worker(LCSW) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Fordham University and have been in the mental health field for 12 years. I help women and mothers struggling depression , anxiety , postpartum , stress, burn out, being overwhelmed, establishing boundaries and time managements. I women regain control over their lives by learning strategies to cope with the demands of life life and parenting that contribute to high levels of stress, depression , anxiety and burn out.

I am licensed in Georgia with over 15 years of professional work experience working with young adults’ individuals, couples, and families working toward finding the middle ground to strengthen the family bonds and relationships. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship and sexuality processing, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, trauma recovery, managing depression. Additionally, I have extensive experience in working with my clients in managing stressors and aiding individuals in learning effective distress tolerance skills, communication skills, and strategies for developing healthy social and interpersonal relationships. I utilize an empathic and interpersonal therapeutic style to establish rapport and foster an atmosphere for individuals to build trust and begin the journey to self-awareness and healing. It is my belief that through examining these inner thoughts and emotions, that our work together will allow for new insights, growth, and movement toward change. I have worked with various populations that include people living and affected by HIV, crisis, elderly and disabled, addictions, immigrants, and caregivers to people living with dementia.
