(she/her)
I am a licensed professional counselor who values authenticity, collaboration, and practical growth in the therapeutic process. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma who are ready to take meaningful steps toward improving their lives. I place strong value on accountability, while also providing a supportive space where progress can occur at a realistic and sustainable pace.
In our first session, we focus on developing therapeutic alignment—ensuring we are a good fit—and identifying clear, attainable goals that support your personal growth. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to meet you where you are while helping tailor an individualized improvement plan.
My greatest strengths include actively listening, authenticity, and the ability to integrate multiple therapeutic modalities to fit each client’s unique circumstances, whether working with individuals or couples. While there may be preferred approaches that guide our work, I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy; instead, treatment is thoughtfully adapted to best support each person’s path toward healing and emotional well-being.
I work best with individuals who are ready to take their lives seriously and create real change, even if they’re not sure where to start. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or feeling stuck in cycles they can’t seem to break. You may feel overwhelmed, unmotivated, or unsure of yourself—but deep down, you know you want more for your life.I especially connect with clients who are open to self-reflection, willing to build emotional strength, and ready to develop practical skills to manage stress, negative thoughts, and difficult emotions. Whether you’re struggling with confidence, relationships, academic or career pressure, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, I provide a space where you can be understood while also being gently challenged to grow.
Integrative
I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that combines evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. This allows therapy to be tailored to each client’s individual needs.
