You’re successful, capable, and used to holding it all together—but inside, you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or running on empty.
You’re ready to stop surviving on autopilot and start feeling balanced, grounded, and in control again.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I help high performers manage anxiety, prevent burnout, and break patterns that leave them feeling stuck. Together, we’ll identify what’s not working and develop practical strategies to help you feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and present in your life and relationships.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on you as a whole person. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help you understand your thoughts, regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, burnout, or overwhelm, therapy can help you move forward. We’ll focus not only on what’s difficult, but on your strengths, what’s working, and the changes that can help you build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
You don’t have to keep holding it all together. Let’s work together to help you feel more like yourself again.
With over 20 years of experience, I use trauma informed, evidence-based therapies designed for the unique challenges couples, individuals and first responders face. Together, we will work to understand your triggers, calm your nervous system, and rebuild the connections that matter most. We will identify the patterns that keep you stuck and develop practical strategies that help you feel steady, grounded, and in control again.
I'm Patt Somasri, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and curiosity. I would like to create a welcoming, affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Therapy to me is about collaborating, and making personalized plan to match your unique needs. Rather than believing there is one "right" way to heal, you are in control of what "right" is for you.
My therapy style is eclectic as I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma and distressing memories.

Hi, I’m Shari. With more than 26 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor, I believe every person has inherent worth that exists beyond their struggles, diagnoses, or life circumstances. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to seeing people through mercy and grace, recognizing dignity beyond dysfunction, strength alongside suffering, and hope even in life's most difficult seasons. These principles shape how I understand each client's story and guide the therapeutic relationship we build together.
I recognize that many of the ways people cope with anxiety, trauma, grief, or life's challenges began as creative ways to survive difficult circumstances. Rather than defining people by their symptoms or past experiences, I seek to understand their unique story, honor the resilience that has carried them this far, and help them build healthier patterns that support lasting healing and growth.
I also believe spirituality is a source of meaning, hope, and resilience that is distinct from religious beliefs or practices. Whether you identify as religious, spiritual, both, or neither, I respect your values and will thoughtfully incorporate them into therapy only if they are important to you.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiver stress, chronic illness, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you gain insight, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with your strengths so you can move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that are keeping you from enjoying your life? Perhaps anxiety is causing constant worry, depression has affected your motivation, or a painful experience or major life transition has left you feeling disconnected from yourself. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone.

Together, we will work to understand the patterns affecting your emotional well-being, strengthen your coping skills, and help you feel more confident and in control of your life.

believe healing is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about building a kinder, more trusting relationship with yourself. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating life transitions, issues around identity and self esteem, or feeling the lingering effects of traumatic experiences. Let’s Battle It With Therapy. Your journey starts now.
I have been a practicing social worker for more than 30 years . Much of this experience has been working in a large public teaching hospital in Miami, Florida. The scope of service that the hospital provides is quite comprehensive which afforded me opportunities to work with a very diverse population . i have counseled patients and their families dealing with a variety of illnesses, both physical and mental health, survivors of sexual assault, and also providing counseling to patients in a correctional setting. I like challenging situations. My style of counseling is very eclectic, depends on the client and their unique set of problems. This can range from client centered, solution oriented or cognitive behavioral as many people are coming to therapy to learn new ways of thinking and alternative coping strategies.
For the past two years, I have been involved in teletherapy providing psychotherapy to clients that are experiencing such problems as anxiety, depression, employment, relationship, and interpersonal difficulties. Also I have been providing counseling to teenagers dealing with the above issues and involving their parents when indicated.
