My name is David Patrick, LCSW. I have 14 years of experience dealing with a wide array of topics that bring people to therapy. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. I see myself and my clients as friends on a journey of discovery about themselves. I do not lead, nor allow myself to be led, I believe we are equals. I listen intently and make suggestions and sometimes assign homework when appropriate. Remember, there are 168 hours in a typical week, and most people only see their therapist for one hour, leaving 167 hours outside the weekly session to practice and explore questions and see if the new results are present. I see us as equals and occasionally I will make suggestions, but ultimately this is a time of discovery for the individual and it is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.

My name is Noel Hartough and I am a person with a lot of lived experience with anxiety (spiritual and career). Anxiety and the success I had through work I did in therapy led to me becoming a therapist. I grew up around gray area drinking, family squabbles and being the introspective kid at the lunch table. I happen to be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I work with adolescents during the day and adults in the evenings. I believe that we are largely the result of our beliefs.

You can book a session with me by contacting Grow Therapy. I am available in the evenings and on some weekends. I look forward to working with you!
I’m Michelle (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Central Florida.
Central Florida has been my home for over 15 years. I attended University of Central Florida where I completed both a Bachelors and Masters of Social Work. During my Masters, I also specialized in Military Social Work and received training in Play Therapy. Since then, I have gone on to work with families and youth, strengthening relationships, overcoming trauma (particularly sexual trauma), and building their self- worth. I have 6 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker where I have been able to utilize my bilingual skills specifically with adolescents and their families. Along with acquiring skills in expressive therapies, therapy outdoors, as well as superhero therapy to utilize fandom and creativity to help clients reach their Better Tomorrow. Currently I am an MSTI Florida Certified Sex Therapist.
I am a mother, a wife, a survivor, and like you I am flawed. Each of us is on a journey of self growth and discovery and I would love to be a part of yours.
Hello,
My name is YanLin. I am an LCSW and have been working with neurodivergent people, including those who are formally diagnosed or not. I do not provide formal diagnoses for ADHD or Autism, however, I am knowledgeable about it, having had personal and professional experience. I can help educate about neurodiversity, helping people to better understand themselves and overcome or adapt to challenges to executive functioning, whether it be life management, workplace or academic challenges.
Please remain in communication with scheduling. If you book yourself, be aware that I may need to change the appointment to find a time if I'm not free. (Grow calendar isn't always up to date with my other calendars.) Please complete any intake paperwork prior to your appointment.
I'm sure you've been scrolling through therapist profiles wondering who's actually the right fit. If you've made it here, welcome. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, recovery, life transitions, blended family challenges, and self-esteem. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation—not an interrogation. Together, we'll create a space where you can feel understood, challenged when needed, and supported as you move toward meaningful change.
