Hey, I'm Matt. Life may not offer a lot of certainty, but one thing is for sure: everyone struggles sometimes. You might feel like you struggle MOST of the time. I’d like to counter that notion with the belief that embracing those struggles can be the key to overcoming them. To be clear, embracing our struggles doesn’t mean they simply disappear, but I believe we can learn to acknowledge and manage them in a way that will allow us to feel more empowered and prepared to face them. When we live with anxiety and depression, it makes sense that we would want a permanent fix, but I believe that expectation too often leads to feelings of hopelessness simply because that’s not how anxiety and depression work. Hello, my name is Kenneth Todd and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker graduating from the University of West Florida. I have been practicing for a decade in various capacities. I help people identify where they want to be and how to get there. In Solution Focused Therapy the client is the expert and I am there to help them discover the best version of themselves.

I graduated in 1999 with a degree in counseling from Portland State University. I interned couple thousand hours, then took a quick 20 years away. I received my LMHC (License Mental Health Counselor) cert at the beginning of 2024. I'm well versed counselor, with specific training in dealing with trauma and non-traditional couples. I like using an eclectic style, picking the strategies and tools from all around, to provide the best service to my client. As a lifetime learner, someone coming in to my office automatically has that in common!

Hi I'm Desiree! I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida . I'm graduate of University of Central Florida where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. After spending a year in the field, I continued my education at Nova Southeastern University, earning a Master’s of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I began my counseling journey after realizing that many people are struggling to find their way through the difficulties of life. Whether the difficulties begin with stress, anxiety, depression or a traumatic event, I am dedicated to providing a confidential and collaborative approach to your treatment.
