A Florida native, I am currently in Pensacola, Florida. My practice is mainly online, with evening and weekend sessions available. I find that evenings and weekends are easier for most to fit into their schedules. The times I have listed in my calendar are available, but if there is a better time during the evenings or weekends, I can be flexible.
I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, having worked for over 18 years. My experience includes providing caring and effective solution-focused therapy to clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, chronic conditions, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach draws from Rogerian therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I also provide clinical hypnosis (if appropriate), and mindfulness practices to help clients gain insight and make positive changes. My objective is to work these techniques into a seamless conversation, a conversation with a specific purpose.
