I am a mental health counselor with a MS in Applied Psychology and trained to treat co-occurring diagnoses.  Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology. I have ten years of experience as a mental health professional working with individuals trying to overcome severe trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, eating disorders, and self-harm/suicidal ideation. Additionally, I have extensive training in comprehensive dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, and exposure/response prevention. I offer compassionate, collaborative, and caring support throughout the healing process, fostering a safe environment where clients can comfortably explore challenging issues.
