The second half of my career has included counseling in health clinics, in-home, primary and secondary schools, and the incarcerated populations. I practiced CBT before it was known as CBT. All therapies build on each other and add improvement with new input. Therapy approaches are vehicles for change. Worksheets are utilized to assist behavior change that the client desires.
