I am a bilingual (Spanish) and Christian faith-based therapist and have experience working with clients from Hispanic backgrounds, women's issues, teens, and adults(13+).

I am a human being first who takes time to understand the position of my client and puts my passion into my work as a therapist to empathize, identify, and resolve. My focus is finding a solution in the partnership of the therapeutic alliance with my client. This field of work has been my life's focus and my overall dedication to the process of healing and growth to give back to others and fulfill my purpose.

My goal is to help with the obstacles that are blocking my client’s from becoming the best version of themselves. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, intensively trained in EMDR and DBT therapies. I’ve been serving the community in outpatient and residential settings for over 18 years. I have earned a bachelor’s degree, in psychology, from Northeastern University and hold a double master’s: Counseling Psychology, from Lesley University and in Clinical Psychology, from Columbia University.

I'm here to guide individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges, such as depression or trauma, especially those rooted in relationships or family dynamics.
