I love helping people looking to better their lives. My ideal client is someone who is interested in bettering themselves whether individually or as a couple. I specialize in codependency, adult children of alcoholic and dysfunctional families, families of addiction and interpersonal relationships. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have years of experience working with addiction, process addictions, codependency, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and relationship issues. I love to work with individuals and couples. I am very well aware of how difficult it can to be to reach out for help. So often when we are in the dark it seems overwhelming to leave it.
