I am still in the field because helping others is more than a career choice for me, it is my passion in life. Helping others is a personal goal of mine. I look forward to the opportunity. I enjoy seeing people make positive changes in their lives. I have worked with families, couples, children, adolescents and teens, from various cultures and backgrounds. Each case and each client is unique in their way and each client is important.
My particular areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage counseling and family counseling. Hi my name is Amy, and I first want to acknowledge how difficult and scary it feels to begin the process of therapy, either for the first time or starting with a new therapist. I take very seriously the enormous strength that takes and I work very hard to ensure that you feel safe and heard as we begin the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing counseling in both inpatient and outpatient centers. I received my Master’s degree in counseling in 2008, from Webster University. Hi, I’m Victoria Freeman, I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and I work with young adults, adults, and families who are tired of holding everything together. Many of the people I see are living with anxiety, depression, emotional burnout, or a quiet sense that they’ve lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way.
If you’re used to being the strong one, the responsible one, the one who keeps going no matter what, therapy here is a place where you don’t have to do that.
With me, you don’t have to perform.
You don’t have to explain everything perfectly.
You don’t have to pretend you’re okay.
You can cry. You can sit in silence. You can struggle to find words. You can just be.
There is no judgment here, only honesty, patience, and room to breathe.

I became a therapist after experiencing a season in my own life when I struggled to find a provider I could truly connect with. That experience shaped the way I practice today. I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, unfamiliar, or even intimidating, especially when you are accustomed to being the person who holds everything together.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, career dissatisfaction, identity, intimacy, and the emotional weight of constantly showing up for others. I am especially passionate about helping people who appear capable and accomplished on the outside but may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain, or exhausted underneath it all.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, become curious about yourself, and understand the patterns, experiences, and expectations that have shaped how you move through the world. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, emotional freedom, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are becoming—not simply who you have had to be.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have specialized training in treating anxiety, OCD, and depression. I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by their thoughts and emotions, helping them build practical tools and coping strategies. With over 15 years of experience, I help clients navigate stress, emotions, and life’s challenges in a supportive, honest, and judgment-free space. I’m not a sit-back-and-nod therapist, I meet you where you are and gently challenge when it’s helpful.
I know what it’s like to do the work on both sides of the room, so I understand firsthand how challenging, and rewarding, this process can be. Together, we’ll build clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself, so you can move forward with confidence. In this space, you get to be fully yourself—laughing, venting, crying, swearing, or whatever feels real—without judgment.
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or patterns that are hard to break, especially when stress, grief, or addiction has started affecting your relationships, emotions, or daily life. Trying to hold it all together on your own can feel exhausting. You don’t have to do this alone. I provide a supportive space where you can better understand what you’re carrying, begin untangling what’s keeping you stuck, and move toward greater clarity, stability, and emotional balance.
I work with adults facing anxiety, addiction, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, family conflict, and mood-related concerns. Through online therapy, I help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop practical tools that support healthier patterns and day-to-day functioning.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I create a space where you can feel heard, supported, and challenged in helpful ways while we work toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll build skills, strengthen resilience, and create a clearer path forward. When you’re ready, I’m here to help.
