I received my Masters in Social Work form the University of Central Florida and also have a Bachelor's in Psychology and Associate degree in Child Development. I've worked in social services for over 12 years and focus on helping clients addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, parenting concerns and personal growth. I am committed to providing comprehensive mental wellness services to assist clients as they navigate through life transitions, challenges, trauma, and healing.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide individual, couples and family therapy via Telehealth at the present time. I have worked in various areas of expertise due to being licensed 20 + years in the field of mental health, behavioral and substance. My work experiences include the following: providing therapy to patient with mental health issues, substance abuse, inpatient & outpatient treatment services, behavior therapy for children and family with Autism Spectrum Disorders and behavior modification techniques. I also provided maternal and mental health care for women and family.

I also integrate mindfulness and techniques from yoga to help create internal balance and peace in mind, body, and spirit.
