Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida, with a Master’s degree from Florida State University and five years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges, transitions, relationships, and personal growth. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale and be yourself. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. My approach is warm, compassionate, and judgment-free, and I’ll meet you wherever you are. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and work toward meaningful, realistic changes that help you feel more confident and fulfilled in your life.
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions and then you will have the opportunity to share what you would like to explore in our time together. I would also love to know what you see as your strengths (we all have them!) as well as your goals for therapy.
Compassion and genuine connection are at the heart of how I practice. I care deeply about helping people better understand themselves—their thoughts, emotions, patterns, relationships, and needs. I believe that with support, self-awareness, and the right tools, we’re capable of creating meaningful change and building lives that feel healthier, more connected, and more fulfilling.
My ideal clients come in with an open mind and growth mindset. No one is perfect, and there is no perfect time to start therapy. It can take a lot of courage to take this step, so congratulate yourself for getting this far!
