Hello! My name is Jeremy Brown! Has it been difficult and tough sometimes to talk to others like family and friends? Do you feel like people around you are not listening or hearing you when you speak? Do you struggle with self-compassion and self-gratitude? Have you always turned to other means to cope when stressed such as alcohol or other substances? I help individuals who are struggling with all the above and work side by side with you to formulate a healthier way to communicate and get to the root of your problems. I do so through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy which aims at changing the way we think and view various situations as well as solution focused therapy and strengths based techniques to show you that your are capable and strong to overcome. If you also struggle with substance abuse, I have 3 years of experience helping individuals suffering with alcohol, cannabis and stimulant use disorder find healthier ways to cope with issues than with the use of substances. I want to applaud you for taking the first step in your recovery and healing, this can all feel scary at first but you are on your way to healthier version of yourself! In our upcoming sessions together, I will meet you with compassion and empathy and take a collaborative approach to help you overcome any obstacle in your way. I look forward to working with you! Hello, I'm Jane originally born and raised in N.J. and living in Florida since 2017. I've been practicing mental health therapy for 40+ years in the field and in private practice. I enjoy working with clients and helping them through the therapy process and achieve their goals. Originally, I was planning on becoming an anthropologist and studying with Dr. Margaret Mead, however, my career plans changed when I realized that my own family had difficulties in communicating with each other. I wanted to study and help other families learn to talk to one another. From seeing families, this turned into seeing children-teens, couples, and adults. I find it very rewarding to help clients through a difficult time.

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your authentic self, feel genuinely heard, and explore what is happening in your life without fear of judgment. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with doctoral-level training, I am passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier patterns that support meaningful and lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and empowering. I do not believe therapy is about simply telling you what to do or giving you a list of solutions. Instead, I work alongside you to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools that can help you move forward with greater confidence and intention. I also understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you are used to handling things on your own. My goal is to create an environment where you can be honest and curious, feel supported, and work at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling ready for something different, therapy can provide an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, stronger boundaries, healthier relationships, improved coping skills, and deeper confidence in the choices you make. I want you to leave therapy not only feeling understood, but also feeling more equipped to navigate life independently, trust yourself, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters most to you. I view therapy as a partnership, and I value creating a space where you can feel challenged, encouraged, and genuinely supported throughout the process.

Licensed Psychotherapist | Culturally Sensitive | Trauma-Informed Welcome, I’m Nubia. Healing doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right support, it absolutely happens. Whether you're working through trauma, betrayal, anxiety, divorce, or simply feeling emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, strength, and care. I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, or emotional wounds that have been hard to process alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure of how to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore the deeper “why” behind those patterns — and create space for healing, resilience, and growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These methods help us understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — and how to gently shift the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. But beyond technique, I lead with authenticity, compassion, and cultural awareness. In our sessions, you’ll find a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, you are welcome exactly as you are. Clients often tell me they feel more centered, more empowered, and more hopeful after working together. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and virtual sessions, because healing should fit into real life. If you’re ready to begin your journey — whether you’re clear on your goals or still figuring them out — I’d be honored to support you. Let’s take the first step, together. Warmly, Nubia Anacius , MS,NBCC,LPC Licensed Psychotherapist

You may be going through big changes in life, fatherhood-motherhood, new marriage, professional challenges, or facing illness, getting older, losing people close to you, moving to a new place, starting over after divorce, or adjusting after a breakup or a change in your military life. These experiences can make anyone wonder who they are, how they relate to others, how they make decisions, and how they deal with grief, change, and conflict. Life keeps giving me chances to adjust to changes in my body, feelings, thoughts, and spirit. Some days are easier than others, and that’s just part of being human. I see it as a way to keep getting stronger, more flexible, and better at handling life. When my emotions feel really strong, I may feel pulled in different directions. But reaching out, connecting with someone, and taking action usually helps me stay resilient and keep moving forward.

Hi, I'm Jacob. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together to understand what you're carrying, build on your strengths, and help you move toward lasting healing. My passion for this work comes from my own life experiences. As a young person, I lived through significant trauma, including abuse and profound loss. Like many people, I searched for ways to cope before I had healthy support. My healing journey began when I started serving others, which eventually led me to become an EMDR therapist. Experiencing EMDR for myself transformed the way I understood healing and inspired me to pursue advanced training and certification. Today, I use EMDR alongside a client-centered approach, always meeting you where you are. I believe healing is possible, even when it doesn't feel that way right now. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while helping you process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life.

Sometimes life blows up in a way you never saw coming. A relationship ends. Someone lies to you. Trust gets shattered. You lose someone you love. Anxiety starts taking over your brain. Or you wake up one day and realize the life you thought you were building is not the life you actually have. A lot of the people I work with are functioning just fine on the outside while internally thinking, What the hell just happened to my life? They're replaying conversations, second-guessing themselves, trying to make sense of someone else's behavior, wondering whether they missed something, and feeling completely exhausted by their own thoughts. You don't need to show up with a diagnosis or a beautifully organized explanation of what's wrong. You can bring the messy version. I'm not a therapist who is going to sit silently for 50 minutes, nod occasionally, and then ask how that made you feel. I am engaged. I ask questions. I notice patterns. I will tell you what I'm seeing. I will validate what deserves validation, and I will also challenge you when I think you are getting stuck, avoiding something important, or being much harder on yourself than the situation actually calls for. There is room here for grief, anger, confusion, ugly truths, dark humor, bad decisions, overthinking, faith, and the occasional sentence that starts with, "I know this sounds crazy, but..." I work especially well with adults dealing with anxiety, grief, heartbreak, betrayal, complicated relationships, and major life changes. What happened matters. But I do not want the worst thing that happened to you to become the organizing principle for the rest of your life.

Hi there, I’m Deborah! If you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure about how to move forward, you do not have to navigate those challenges alone. I have more than 28 years of experience helping adults and adolescents work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and everyday stress. I believe therapy should feel supportive and useful. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I tailor our work to your individual needs. Together, we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthier ways of coping, strengthen your confidence, and identify practical steps toward the changes you want to make. I use approaches that can help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. I also incorporate mindfulness, emotional support, and practical strategies based on your needs and goals. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard and understood, while also gaining tools you can use in your everyday life.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone. My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained. As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, strength's based and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations. If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.

You're not here to be "fixed." You're here to be heard. I’m a therapist who takes an eclectic, client-centered approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness to help with challenges like anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, trauma and relationship dynamics. I don’t give advice because I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to listen closely, ask the right questions, and help you uncover the "why", "how", and "what" behind your choices with you. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you find your voice, not mine.

My core belief is simple: I believe in you and your ability to become the healthiest, most fulfilled version of yourself. Life often makes it hard to see that potential, let alone know how to get there. My role is to be your guide and ally on that journey. My path to becoming a clinician has been intentional. Beyond my master's degree in counseling and advanced post-master's training, my work in non-profit and community mental health has given me a breadth of experience with people from all walks of life. This doesn't mean "I've seen it all," but it does mean that I'm prepared to meet you where you are, without judgment. No matter what you're going through, if you are ready to take a step, so am I.

I received my Master's degree from Louisiana State University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults find ways to heal their anxiety and depression, help them become more self-aware, and to stop negative thinking, so they can become the best versions of themselves. I help adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief/loss, and life transitions. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, Interpersonal, Narrative, Supportive, Compassionate, Grief, and various others depending on your needs. I help clients stay in the present moment (utilizing other techniques) as this can be very difficult to do in our busy lives today. Therapy is a form of "self-care", and we will work together as a team to address your specific challenges, goals, and needs. I am dedicated, passionate, and caring.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be a space where you feel supported, understood, and also empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. My approach is warm, direct, practical, and trauma-informed. I enjoy helping clients understand the deeper patterns behind their emotions, relationships, behaviors, and reactions while developing healthier ways to cope, communicate, set boundaries, and move forward. I work especially well with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-worth concerns, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty establishing healthy boundaries. I believe insight is important, but therapy should also give you tools you can actually use outside of the session. As a therapist, I am compassionate but straightforward. I will meet you where you are without judgment, while also encouraging you to challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. My goal is to help you develop a stronger understanding of yourself, trust your own judgment, regulate your emotions more effectively, and create a life and relationships that feel healthier, calmer, and more aligned with who you want to be.
