Hello! I’m Kenneth Todd, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families move toward the lives they truly want. I earned my degree from the University of West Florida and have worked across diverse settings, always guided by one core belief: you are the expert on your life. My approach is rooted in Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) — a dynamic, forward-looking method that emphasizes your strengths, your vision, and your capacity for change. SFT is built on four pillars: • Description: What does your best life look like? • Difference: What’s already working, even a little? • Change: What small steps can build momentum? • Outcome: What will life be like when things improve? Together, we’ll explore your goals, uncover your inner resources, and build a path toward meaningful outcomes. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking clarity, or simply want to feel more like yourself again — I’m here to help you discover who you are at your best. My practice welcomes individuals from all backgrounds who are seeking compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My therapeutic approach is grounded in proven clinical practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Treatment always begins with sound clinical, evidence-based care. When a client identifies their Christian faith as an important part of their life and healing journey, Scripture and faith-based principles may be thoughtfully integrated in a reflective and therapeutic manner to foster insight, hope, emotional regulation, and resilience. Faith is never used as a substitute for clinical intervention but serves as a complementary resource when it is meaningful to the client.

Hello and welcome to Grow Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in the mental health field since 1998. First, with my bachelors degree and later doing clinical work after earning my master's degree. I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health. Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves. Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. And other times, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and off balance. Life can be hard, and I know that not only from my professional experience, but from my own personal journey. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over six years, but my perspective as a therapist has also been shaped by growing up in a multicultural family, with a Mexican mother and British father, experiencing poverty, becoming the first in my family to attend college, and having the opportunity to experience many different cultures and parts of the world. Those experiences have taught me that no matter how much or how little we have, we are all human. There are no perfect parents, perfect relationships, or perfect people—we’re all imperfect people trying to make sense of life, navigate challenges, and become better versions of ourselves.

Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship struggles, or shame begin to affect your confidence, peace, and hope. You do not have to face these challenges alone. Finding the right therapist can be the first step toward meaningful change. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina specializing in trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, and relationship challenges with adults. For those who desire it, I offer Christian faith integration as part of the counseling process. I understand the importance faith can have in providing strength, identity, and healing. I also welcome clients who prefer a traditional clinical approach, and our work together will always be guided by your personal values and goals. A significant focus of my practice is helping men who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, burdened by shame, or affected by past experiences, relationship wounds, or trauma. Many people have spent years carrying struggles on their own. Together, we will identify what may be keeping you stuck, develop practical strategies for change, and work toward healthier relationships and greater emotional well-being. My counseling style is practical, structured, and compassionate. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and other therapeutic methods to help clients manage anxiety, process difficult experiences, change unhealthy patterns, and build skills for long-term growth. I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida and have experience working with adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Taking the first step toward counseling is not always easy. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move toward healing, confidence, and a more fulfilling life.

Hi my name is Amy, and I first want to acknowledge how difficult and scary it feels to begin the process of therapy, either for the first time or starting with a new therapist. I take very seriously the enormous strength that takes and I work very hard to ensure that you feel safe and heard as we begin the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing counseling in both inpatient and outpatient centers. I received my Master’s degree in counseling in 2008, from Webster University. I had the privilege of working in an inpatient eating disorder facility for five years and have continued that work in outpatient settings. I am an ally to the LGBTQ community and it is important to me that clients find this a safe space. I have a passion for connecting with teenagers, college students and career women to build a safe place with an adult where they can voice their feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I also especially enjoy working with young adult women as they navigate their way through the process of beginning adulthood. I have experience with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and general women’s issue. I am especially passionate about working with CPTSD and PTSD. I have received training and supervision in working with trauma as it is a highly specialized field. Trauma survivors need validation, belief, compassion and acceptance first and foremost before a trusting relationship can be established. I have working with women exiting a toxic relationship, having endured narcissistic abuse and/or infidelity (betrayal trauma) which is many times misunderstood by well-intentioned people. My approach is warm, compassionate and highly empathetic as I work to establish a safe environment for healing to take place.

Hello! I work with people who want help finding ways to live a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I help people recognize their strengths as we work together to overcome difficulties. Almost all of us struggle with many of the same questions. "Am I good enough?" "Why do I feel like I don't matter?" "Will I ever be truly happy when I seem to make the same choices over and over again?" Do you want to manage anxiety? Do you feel depressed? Have you experienced a trauma? Do you find yourself unable to finish projects or find your car keys? Are the kids struggling? Whatever is going wrong, a safe place to talk, knowing your trust will never be compromised, is a wonderful gift you can give yourself. During the first visit, we'll talk about what you want to see happen. Together will come up with a plan. Lasting change is possible. You can create a happy and fulfilling life.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Arizona and Indiana. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. I have had the opportunity to work in and gain knowledge from a diverse collection of settings that include elementary, middle and high school, hospital chaplaincy department, private practice and private agencies working with families in the child welfare system. Each of these settings has provided me with hands-on experience working with individuals and families in crisis, as well as those who are faced with navigating some of life’s challenges such as divorce, loss, and addiction. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love a systems approach, understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are part of larger systems. I take a non-judgmental, warm approach to therapy and I believe in tailoring my therapy towards my client's individual needs. Together we will establish goals and design a path towards a healthier way of being. I draw from a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy. Clients who work with me have a desire to change. Whether facing everyday challenges that are holding them back from living a fulfilling life or struggling with family dynamics that have caused distress or trying to navigate through grief, my clients can learn to use their insight to find new ways of functioning that better serve what they want from this life. My clients can see a future for themselves that brings peace, happiness and healing. The first step towards seeking help is often the most difficult. I am excited that you are here and look forward to taking this journey alongside you.
