I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years of experience in the Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation fields. My experience is varied as I have worked with veterans, women, children, victims of abuse, couples, families, and teenagers. I use a client-centered approach that focuses on increasing the clients' insight and giving them the tools so that they can navigate life's problems on their own.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel like sitting in a stiff chair while someone silently nods at you. I bring both professionalism and a sense of humor into the room, because sometimes laughter really is the best coping skill .I’ve worked with teens, college students, and adults for the last 7 years. Some common concerns I have helped navigate are stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, and the big messy in-betweens that don’t necessarily always fit neatly into a diagnosis.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I have experience working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 10 years of experience as a therapist and a proud U.S. Army veteran who served in Afghanistan, where I achieved the rank of Sergeant (E5). My military background gives me firsthand insight into discipline, resilience, stress, transitions, and many of the unique challenges faced by boys, men, service members, veterans, fathers, and families.
I primarily work with boys, teenage males, and adult men who are experiencing behavioral challenges, anger, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. As both a clinician and a father, I understand the importance of helping boys and men build confidence, increase emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.
My approach is calm, supportive, practical, and straightforward. I work to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly about what you are experiencing without feeling criticized or pressured. Together, we focus on understanding the patterns that may be holding you back and developing practical tools you can use in everyday life.
I am especially passionate about helping boys, young men, fathers, service members, and veterans strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, manage difficult emotions, and become more confident in how they handle challenges at home, school, work, and in their personal lives.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I use dogs in my office while doing therapy. Please schedule telehealth or advise in advance if you are not comfortable in an office with animals. They do provide therapeutic support to clients and have been part of my practice for some time. I hold licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida and specialty certification as a Certified Advanced Drug & Alcohol Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am a firm believer in everything that happens creates the person. I am a whole life counselor and work with people to explore what it would take to move past the difficult times in life.
I take the time to get to know my clients and have many clients who have been with me for years. That doesn't mean someone will see me every week for the rest of their life. It means client know I am available when they have need. I do have clients who have seen me weekly for years not because they are dependent on me but because they have found benefit in processing their life regularly.
I have had a successful personal practice for years and can offer clients the space and reverence to unpack the most unpleasant things to reorder them in a way they no longer can cause harm as they once did. There is no perfect childhood and it is likely families do the best they can and it may not have filled the needs of their child.
I am happy to take as much time as needed to work through the problem as you understand it.
My name is Michael Zolondek. I am a licensed mental health counselor serving both individuals and couples throughout the state of Florida through telehealth. In both my personal experiences and professional work, I have seen how healing a supportive presence can be for those who might be struggling in various areas of their lives, and I look forward to working with you wherever you currently find yourself in life in order to help you discover ways to heal!
Hi! I am Mira Brady, a National Board Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been a high school counselor for 9 years, and a Licensed Counselor . I am a graduate of Prairie View A & M University, and I earned my Masters in Counseling and a Masters in Educational Administration.
I have experience working with individuals and adolescents. I have worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, mental health issues, and so much more. Everyone deserves the right to a happy and healthy quality of life. As an educator for over 20 years, I possess a deep understanding of human behavior and emotional dynamics, coupled with strong communication and empathy skills, making me well-equipped to provide effective therapy and support to individuals in need.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in practice for over 15 years, I have worked with clients that have extensive levels of concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, social and interpersonal relationship challenges not to exclude family discord. I have been adaptable to working in many different settings. I believe the approach of meeting my client where they are is a grounding principle for my therapeutic style. Although not always in person, the distance will never be seen as a distraction.
I obtained my master’s degree from Florida State University, but faced many challenges with that. Some struggles in life peak during adolescence and I was no stranger to that. Transitions were not my friend, I had to overcome many relational, financial, and educational difficulties that grew me to understanding personal struggles.
I believe in a client-centered approach as all clients are the experts on what works best for them and the challenges that they continue to face. I strive to provide an environment that is non-judgmental and accepting of where you are in your process while helping you get to where you want to be. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I assist clients in exploring relationships among thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to aid in discovering dysfunctional thought patterns leading to self-destructive behaviors and beliefs. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a modality that assist in how trauma is seen and processed. I have worked the better part of my career assisting in trauma processing, clients have been sexually abused, physically abused, or have suffered from significant loss.
I believe counseling is a journey towards healing. If you are willing to allow me on this journey with you to master any conflict in your life, I am ready when you are!
Hi, I'm Nick. Clients who end up finding me are often capable and self-aware, but still find themselves overthinking, shutting down, becoming defensive, or feeling responsible for other people’s emotions. They often grew up being treated as “the problem” in their family of origin, and have learned to mask important parts of themselves, or were told their needs and reactions were too much. I work with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals who want to understand why certain patterns keep returning, and actually change them in a deeper way beyond just self-awareness and insight.
I view symptoms as having developed for understandable reasons and still feel necessary in situations that trigger implicit learnings from the past. Together, we’ll become curious about what a very specific pattern might be protecting and develop new ways to respond. The aim here is to create greater self-trust to allow for actual meaningful change.
You're life feels like a lot right now and sleep doesn't come easy when your mind won't shut down. You replay conversations, brace for what might go wrong, and criticize yourself for not handling things better. You're not weak, and you're not "going crazy." You're worn out, and what used to help isn't working anymore..
I know what it's like to get to the point when talking to a friend is no longer enough. I'm Mari, a bilingual (English/Espanol), licensed psychotherapist with 20 years of experience helping women through hard seasons. Together we'll untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, quiet that harsh inner voice, and build a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself.
Faith, your way. If you'd like your Christian faith woven into our work, including Scripture, I'd be honored to do that. If you'd prefer a non-faith-based approach, you're just as welcome.

Últimamente sientes que la vida te pesa demasiado, y dormir no es fácil cuando tu mente no se detiene. Repasas conversaciones una y otra vez, te preparas para lo que podría salir mal y te criticas por no manejar las cosas mejor. No eres débil y no te estás "volviendo loca".
Fe, a tu manera. Si deseas que tu fe cristiana forme parte de nuestro trabajo, será un honor para mí. Si prefieres un enfoque que no esté basado en la fe, eres igual de bienvenida.

My goal, through the use of therapy, is to educate, empower, and provide clients with the necessary tools to cope with life’s challenges.
Hi, I’m Abby, and I love supporting individuals who seem to have it all together on the outside, yet internally are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or a sense of disconnection. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and successful in different areas of life, but beneath the surface they may feel stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or patterns that no longer serve them.

Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and work toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.

My name is John A. Llauget. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling from University of South Florida. My career in mental health in 1977 working in a psychiatric hospital; and later as a outpatient therapist in a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. For 20 years I worked as a cancer counselor with oncology clients helping them cope with illness, stress, and emotional distress.
Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.
I am Teri, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner (LSATP) with extensive experience in behavioral health, having worked in the field since 2018. I believe in the power of education, helping my clients understand how their behaviors and past experiences shape their present circumstances and future potential. I am now accepting clients in the State of Florida and Tennessee.
My approach to therapy is rooted in empowerment. I work collaboratively with my clients to uncover the how, when, what, and why of their struggles, so they can better understand the underlying causes of their issues. By addressing these root causes, I believe individuals can begin to break the cycle of unhealthy behaviors and make meaningful changes in their lives.
If you are struggling with emotional or behavioral challenges, I am here to help you gain clarity, learn new coping strategies, and create a path toward lasting change. Together, we can work toward understanding and healing so you can live a more fulfilling life.
I received my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have extensive experience working with individuals facing a variety of mental health and life challenges. My approach to therapy is individualized, holistic, and integrative, recognizing that each person’s experiences and needs are unique. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and confidential space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, create meaningful change, and become a healthier, more balanced, and authentic version of themselves.

Hi, I'm Holly, your future therapist who is honored to walk alongside you as you take reign over your life.
Sometimes in life we are faced with unique challenges, problematic relationships, burnout and instability. Perhaps you have tried to overcome these struggles before, without success. Whether it's in your relationship with others or in your relationship with yourself, I can help. I assist individuals in building the courage to face their fears and cope with overwhelming stress while providing a safe and welcoming environment.
Sometimes life can be challenging, but you don't have to go through it alone.
Hi, I’m Lauryn-Maggie! I’m a solution-oriented therapist who believes healing can be challenging without always having to feel heavy. So much of therapy involves unlearning patterns we didn’t necessarily create ourselves; from generational cycles to attachment and relationship patterns (just to name a few). I’ll make space for the hard stuff while also helping you understand the “why,” find practical ways forward, and hopefully laugh a little along the way. I am not just talking about change, we’re working toward it together.
Hello, hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida where I graduated with my Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Florida. I have been working with clients since 2020 and enjoy providing a safe space for my clients to address their concerns while providing them with the tools they may need to empower them towards growth.
am a licensed mental health therapist with over four years of clinical experience providing evidence-based treatment to individuals experiencing addiction, mood disorders, and trauma-related concerns. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed framework that prioritizes safety, collaboration, and empowerment. I primarily utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process and resolve traumatic experiences that continue to impact functioning. I have experience addressing a wide range of mental health concerns and approach therapy as a collaborative process, working with clients to develop effective coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and support long-term stability and recovery.

I was once told "the happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts". Since then, I have become a firm believer that we are ultimately the author and master of our own life's story. Have difficult relationships, grief, trauma, world events, family dynamics, or even daily life stressors made you feel otherwise? Let me help you find the narrative threads that will assist you in reweaving the fabric of your life.
