Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia. I received a Doctorate in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University. I have 15 years of experiencing providing therapy to others. I have worked with different populations in a number of setting including schools, home-based, a maximum-security prison, and outpatient mental health clinics.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I will learn more about you, your history, and the specific challenges that you want to address. We will work together collaboratively to identify your therapy goals. We will work to achieve those goals in our follow up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My philosophy in life is to treat others the way that I want to be treated. This philosophy also drives my approach to treatment. Every client is treated with respect, care, understanding, support, and without judgement. I want to help you on your journey to health and wellness.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort. I work best with clients that are motivated to change and committed to the process. We will work together to increase insight, make behavioral changes, resolve issues, and achieve your goals.
