I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, and I care deeply about helping parents, birthing people, and families during important times in their lives. For the past 18 years, I have worked with people who are pregnant, have just had a baby, or are learning to be parents. I also support adults who are feeling anxious, sad, or stressed, or who are going through big changes in their lives. I want everyone I work with to feel seen, supported, and strong. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida, and I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. This means I have special training to help people through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting.
