I’ve been passionate about psychology since I was eighteen, when I began studying it in Cuba. After completing my degree in Cuba, where I worked in inpatient and school settings, I continued my journey in the United States and earned my master’s degree in psychology.

My experience with multidisciplinary teams has taught me to see each person as a whole—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially. Healing happens when we look at the full picture of someone’s life, not just their symptoms.

Hello and welcome to therapy!
I am so proud of you for being here. Healing can be scary but you are not alone. I am here to help. I have been practicing as a therapist for about 6 years and I love being a therapist because I love helping people learn, grow, and become the best versions of themselves.
My specialties are in trauma, anxiety, and ADHD. If you are struggling with any of these and are ready to be brave and start your healing journey, book an appointment with me. I am excited to meet you and accompany you in your journey to a more full and peaceful life.
Hi, I’m Allison. Whether you’re feeling burned out, stuck in unfulfilling patterns, or having challenges in your relationships, therapy can help you recover and feel more grounded. Many of the people I work with are new to therapy. They may not have a specific diagnosis or crisis, but they know something feels “off.” Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up with me quickly. If you're feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, know that meaningful change is possible. Let’s work together to help you feel more content, empowered, and like yourself again.
Clients often tell me they feel at ease opening up to me. Many feel relieved to have a therapist who offers active guidance, rather than just listening without direction.
Finding relief and reconnecting with a sense of peace is more achievable than it might feel right now—and once you start, the process of change often unfolds more quickly than you expect.
I approach therapy by looking at the root cause of problems, rather than focusing on one problem at a time. I work from a systemic perspective, which means we will dive into your personal relationships, behavior patterns, and lifestyle choices which are interconnected with the issues you may be facing.

I believe that people as unique individuals have the capacity to grow, heal and change, learning new ways to improve their health and well-being in all areas of life, including biological, psychological, social, and spiritual. Personal growth is facilitated by setting and working toward goals, assessing and building strengths in these areas to develop skills and resources that help them manage life challenges.
As a professional, I focus on working collaboratively with my clients in a safe and open environment to identify goals and work towards positive resolutions.
Ready to stop circling the same struggles and heal at the root? I help adults and veterans work through trauma, chronic stress, and patterns that show up in daily life as conflict, shutdown, overthinking, or overwhelm.
These reactions aren’t random. They’re protective. When we slow down and understand what your mind and body have been carrying, real and lasting change becomes possible. Not just symptom relief. But a more grounded, regulated version of you.
I’m not the therapist who just nods. I’ll sit with you in the hard things, and I’ll also tell you the truth
about what needs to shift. Then walk with you as you do the work.
If you're ready for therapy that goes deeper, I’d be honored to work with you.

Hello there! My name is Elizabeth Taylor and I am in Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a counselor for the past 9 years, although I have been working in the mental health field for much longer. I began working as a Mental Health Technician when I was an Airman in the United States Air Force in 2007. I worked closely with military men and women returning from deployments and experiencing symptoms of PTSD. I led Anger Management and Stress Management groups. This experience grew my desire to enter into a field that involved helping those struggling with mental health challenges to find healing. I separated from the Air Force and went into grad school. Since graduating, I have worked as a therapist with several different populations, including families involved with the foster care system, adult inmates in a prison, youth in the Juvenile Justice system, adults in community mental health, children in the school setting, and, most recently, adults and children in private practice. I have a passion for working with those suffering with anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I have specialized training in EMDR to help treat trauma, as well as ERP, which has been shown to be the "Gold Standard" treatment for OCD. I am also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which guides much of my approach to emotion regulation.
Hi! My name is Shalom Adler ,and I am excited to be a part of the Grow Therapy team. We all want to live a meaningful and stress-free life, and while I cannot guarantee that you will not experience stress (we all do), I can help you navigate and cope with all that life throws at you. As the great psychiatrist Viktor Frankl says, “There is nothing in the world … that would so effectively help one to survive even the worst conditions as the knowledge that there is a meaning in one's life.”
I have over thirty years of experience in helping, guiding and counseling individuals, couples and families. I treat everyone the way I would like to be treated, with respect, compassion, dignity and empathy. I have faced my own mental health challenges over the years, and this gives me a unique perspective that will help me help you. I will not attempt to model you in my image, but I will work as hard as I can to help you reach your fullest potential and overcome your own challenges. I will meet you where you are and evaluate your strengths and needs. We will work collaboratively to achieve your goals and aspirations.
Hello. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Master's Degree from Webster University and am currently working towards a Ph.D. in General Psychology from Capella University. I have been in private practice for five years. I help women who have experienced a variety of challenges of childbirth, whether it's infertility, anxiety during pregnancy, fetal loss, postpartum anxiety/depression, or even menopause.
I am someone who believes all people have the capacity to heal, grow, and live fully when given the right support. I recognize that life has many challenges and sometimes we just need help in facing the obstacles in our way. I became interested in psychology and understanding people after my brother was diagnosed with schizophrenia and I saw a drastic change in who he was as a person. This journey of trying to understand people, started in middle school, continued through college where I fell in love with Psychology, and into my masters program where I got a degree in Social Work. I started a career as a mental health therapist in 2019, and I continue my journey of learning and growing to better serve the needs of my clients now and in the future.
Do you often feel overwhelmed by your surroundings or uncertain about where you truly belong? Do crowded places leave you overstimulated and drained? Perhaps you avoid social situations, struggle to focus, or experience constant mental fog. You might be questioning if you have ADHD or autism, or you might already know and you are seeking someone who understands your experiences. Anxiety might increase with routine changes, leaving you feeling stuck and unable to complete tasks despite your efforts. You may catch yourself wishing to escape or needing someone to truly listen. If you relate to any of this, remember you’re not alone, and you don’t have to face it by yourself.
