Hey there, My name is Pascha, I am a license mental health counselor, located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. I have 13+ years of experience working in the mental health profession I have experience working with children up to adults in a multitude of settings. I also have experience working with military veterans. I am a Veteran of the United States Air Force and has experience helping clients navigate symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, relationship issues, behavioral issues, emotional regulation, and more.
Your first session will include a biopsychosocial assessment. This is an information gathering portion of our time together so I can get a better understand of your needs and to ensure we are a good fit for each other. I also show support, I'll hold space for you, and I'll move at a pace that is appropriate for you.
My biggest strengths are my empathy, my flexible person-centered approach, my ability to understand and ask questions when I don't, and my desire to empower you to see your own strengths.
I would love to work with clients who are struggling with trauma, assertiveness, boundaries, and life's stressors.

I have reviewed three other Therapists, one lady was quite knowledgeable with the terms and legaleeze, I was not happy with the other two. But, the one therapist that I can really be fully at ease with is Pasha. Not only is she fully knowledgable, but she includes Gods Word in the learning process. I have been a Christian all my life, and really enjoy learning from Pasha. Thank you for not being afraid of a Christ Following therapist. Donna Stroud
