I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood, so you can begin to feel relief knowing your healing journey is underway. I want you to feel proud of yourself for taking the step to prioritize your mental health; it truly matters. My style is warm, patient, encouraging, and direct in a way that supports growth without feeling harsh or overwhelming.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida with a Master of Social Work (MSW), and I work with teens, young adults, couples, families, and individuals across the lifespan. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based strategies for anxiety and emotional well-being.
In our work together, I focus on helping you better understand yourself, process what you’re going or have gone through, and build practical tools to manage anxiety, trauma, depression, and life’s daily challenges. I believe in supporting healing from a trauma-informed lens while also empowering you to recognize your own strengths and growth along the way.
If you’re feeling nervous about starting therapy, I often remind clients: Life will always bring challenges, and we all need support in navigating them. Seeking help is not something to be ashamed or afraid of; it’s a meaningful sign of strength and growth. Plus, there is a world of possibilities on the other side of your fear.
Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me laughing or trying new foods; ideally both at the same time, but I’m not picky.

Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep.
I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people.
I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker who has worked with all ages ranging from 5-95. My approach is warm, down to earth, and strengths focused. I like to help clients build insight, find healthier ways of coping, and feel more satisfaction and control in their everyday life. My passion is working with teens and adolecents, but my experience with many different populations gives me unique insight.
I’ve spent over 15 years in the mental health field, supporting people of all ages through life’s ups and downs. As a bilingual Latina fluent in Portuguese, I bring a culturally aware perspective to therapy and strive to create a safe, welcoming space for everyone. I especially enjoy working with teens and adults as they navigate life changes, explore their identities, and work through emotional challenges. My approach is warm and supportive, focused on your strengths, and designed to meet you where you are—helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and real partnership. I work as hard as you do to help you return to your best self. I believe lasting change happens between sessions—so I give you practical tools and support, but the real healing comes from what you do with them.

I entered the field of social work 10+ years ago to advocate for and assist others in finding their voice. I quickly learned I was able to use my skills to help clients overcome obstacles and navigate broken systems. Over the course of my career, the need to address mental health disparities became apparent, as did the lack of available providers to do so. I became a licensed therapist to help clients live a life free of shame, one that is authentic without needing anyone else’s approval.
My name is Marion Crabb, LCSW-QS, and I bring over a decade of expertise in case management and therapy. My journey in the field began with child protective services, where I provided support to children, families, and individuals experiencing substance abuse, domestic violence, needs for family counseling, and mental health challenges. As I transitioned and my career progressed, I expanded my practice to include working with older adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, and people with disabilities. Throughout my career, my core objective has remained the same: to offer clients a secure and welcoming space to express themselves fully, while working collaboratively toward personal growth, harm reduction, and enhanced self-worth.

As both a Wisconsin and Florida licensed mental health counselor (LPC, LMHC), I offer you a safe place to talk about and explore all those concerns.

Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.

I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel emotionally safe while also being genuinely challenged toward growth and healing. My approach is compassionate, insightful, and practical. I help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, improve relationships, strengthen boundaries, and create lasting emotional change — not just temporary symptom relief. I especially enjoy working with high-functioning individuals who are used to being strong for everyone else but are ready to finally receive support themselves.
