During our initial session, we will conduct a measure-based intake process to explore your unique needs and experiences. This session is an opportunity for us to get to know you better. We will guide you through a thoughtful exploration to gain a comprehensive understanding of your mental health, challenges in fatherhood, parenting, family and women issues or any specific concerns you may have. Based on our conversation, we will develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to support your well-being and address your specific needs. Together, we will establish the foundation for a personalized journey toward growth and resilience.

Our greatest strengths as a practice are our effectiveness in working with adults and families, with a specialized focus on supporting men and fathers. We offer structured anger management classes, individual therapy focused on anger management, and court-ordered evaluations and services as a sub-specialty. We excel at helping individuals improve their relationships with their families and significant others. While our primary expertise is in assisting men and fathers, we are equally committed to supporting all adults and families in achieving their full potential.
