In our first meeting, the goal is to get to know you better and understand your unique needs, goals, and history. I’ll take time to ask you a few questions so that we can ensure we're aligned on your objectives and any areas you'd like to focus on. Here’s what you can expect: Introductions & Overview: We’ll start by introducing ourselves (if we haven’t already) and giving you an opportunity to share a bit about yourself. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable, so feel free to share as much or as little as you'd like. Understanding Your Needs: I’ll ask you some questions to better understand your current situation, challenges, and what you hope to achieve in our sessions. This helps me customize our approach and ensure we're on the right track from the start. Discussing Your History: It’s important to get a sense of your background and any previous experiences that may be relevant. This could include past challenges, successes, or any other factors that might inform how we work together.

As a counselor, I work with individuals and couples, typically ages 18 and older. In individual counseling, I support clients who are navigating a wide range of personal issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, or life transitions. In couples counseling, I help partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their emotional connection. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their concerns, develop coping strategies, and work toward greater emotional well-being.
