I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with empathy and support to help clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, goal-oriented, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and needs.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, and the goals you hope to achieve through counseling. This session is also a space for you to ask questions, share what is most important to you, and discuss what you are looking for in therapy. Together, we will begin identifying strengths, challenges, and a plan that feels supportive and personalized to your needs. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist include creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I am compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented, helping clients build on their strengths while developing practical tools for healing, resilience, and lasting personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who often feel overwhelmed by responsibilities, stress, relationships, or major life changes and are ready to prioritize their emotional well-being in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I work especially well with caregivers, helping professionals, and adults balancing demanding personal or professional responsibilities who need support managing stress, burnout, and self-care. I help adults navigate anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions while building healthier coping skills, confidence, and emotional balance.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps people understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In our work together, I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns that may contribute to stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or feeling “stuck.” Once we recognize those patterns, we work on developing healthier ways of thinking, coping, and responding to life’s challenges.

Strength-Based

Strength-based therapy can be especially helpful for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, caregiver stress, trauma recovery, or feeling overwhelmed. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and empowering. I believe every person has strengths that can support healing, growth, and positive change—even during difficult seasons of life.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy focuses on helping clients identify solutions, set achievable goals, and build on what is already working in their lives. Rather than spending extensive time analyzing problems, this approach emphasizes strengths, progress, and practical steps forward. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented, helping clients create meaningful change while honoring their strengths and experiences.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness techniques can help clients improve emotional regulation, reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and stay grounded during difficult moments. These approaches support overall mental and emotional well-being.
