This includes all types of trauma (physical, sexual, emotional, psychological) and residual trauma symptoms (OCD, anxiety, depression). 2. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders. This includes all types of OCD, uncertainty, and doubt. PLEASE NOTE: Talk therapy is NOT a suitable treatment for OCD. I use a combination of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), as well as Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) to assist me in my work with OCD cases. 3.
