I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Master's level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) in the State of Florida. I have been working in the field for 20+ years, and have experience with many types of client issues. I specialize in Co-Occurring Disorders and in Addiction. I work with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and loss, trauma, change of life challenges, family and relationship issues.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am EMDR trained, IFS informed, and I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. I am a Jesus-loving therapist and I offer evidence-based modalities to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. I graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor of Science in Psychology. I graduated from my Master's Degree in 2009 and have been helping people since then. I am a mother to four children ages 10-14
