I have over 9 years of experience working with various populations as a mental health therapist, psychological health coordinator and senior social worker. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relational issues, parenting concerns, career challenges, childhood/adult trauma, sexually harmful behaviors, post-traumatic stress, ADHD, life coaching and more.
