LMFT, 5 years of experience
New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families work through relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from faith-based guidance, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe in the power of perspective—and that while healing is a personal journey, you don’t have to do it alone.
As my client, you can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and more equipped to face life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work to clarify your goals, identify practical steps forward, and build on your strengths. Each session offers an opportunity to gently shift your perspective, helping you see your challenges, relationships, and personal growth in a new light. It is my hope that you’ll gain tools for self-reflection, communication, and emotional resilience, always in a space where you feel respected, encouraged, and understood.
I create a safe, supportive space for clients to feel seen and heard. I lead with empathy, while gently challenging limiting perspectives, helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward your goals with intention and purpose.
If you’re navigating infidelity, miscommunication, or feeling disconnected in your relationship, you’re not alone. I help couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect in meaningful ways. My focus is on guiding you toward deeper understanding and intentional growth because a healthy relationship is foundational to your overall well-being. I also support individuals facing major life transitions or the everyday demands of parenting, especially women who need space to breathe, process, and rediscover who they are beyond their roles. Whether you're working through relational pain or personal change, you deserve support that sees and honors your whole self.
I believe that growth comes from looking forward, not getting stuck in what we can’t change. While the past can offer helpful insight, we don’t have to unpack every detail to move forward. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy allows us to shift the focus to what’s working, clarify goals, and build practical steps toward the future you want. It’s a collaborative, empowering approach that helps you tap into your strengths and create meaningful change, without staying stuck in the problem.
I believe in a faith-based approach that’s rooted in biblical values and moral clarity. By integrating faith into healing, this allows the work we do to treat the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, not just the symptoms.
