If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or unhealthy relationship patterns, you don't have to face it alone. Healing is possible, and together we can help you move toward a calmer, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
I'm Paula Arce, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 15 years of experience helping adolescents and adults overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, narcissistic abuse, codependency, and relationship challenges. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps people process traumatic experiences and reduce emotional distress.
My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work with clients to identify the beliefs, behaviors, and relationship patterns that keep them feeling stuck while building practical skills to manage emotions, strengthen boundaries, and create lasting change.
I also provide couples counseling focused on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection. For clients who desire it, I can incorporate Christian principles into therapy while always respecting each person's beliefs and goals.
I believe every person has the capacity to heal and grow. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move from emotional pain toward hope, confidence, and resilience.
If you're ready to take the first step, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
I am caring, compassionate, and a very good listener. I am a Christian, wife of a Veteran, mother, and grandmother. My heritage is Caribbean-American. I grew up in South Florida with four sisters and two brothers. I was very independent at a very young age and willing to help out wherever.
I am a musician starting with piano in elementary school, then clarinet in middle school, and bass clarinet and bassoon in high school. I love music and find it beneficial in every aspect of life.
I decided to grow my family before pursuing a career. I decided to pursue a career in the mental health field because of a family member being diagnosed with a severe mental health disorder. I earned my AA in Psychology, then a dual degree in Psychology and Behavioral Science. After my undergrad, I went on to receive my master's in social work.
I have worked with Veterans, homeless, hospice, young adults, children, elders, couples and individuals with severe mental health diagnoses.
In my pursuit to help my family member, I became even more passionate about mental health and reducing the negative stigma attached to it. This passion I share with everyone I encounter.

Sustainable change isn't a matter of willpower; it’s a matter of design.
Most people who feel "stuck" aren't lacking motivation—they are simply operating within a system that wasn't built to support their unique brain or their highest goals. As an LMHC and BCBA with over 20 years of clinical experience, I specialize in the science of behavior to help you move past trying harder and start building smarter. I define my approach as Behavioral Architecture. Together, we identify the environmental friction—procrastination, anxiety, or digital distraction—and replace self-blame with structural solutions. Through the Masterpiece Framework, we audit your daily systems to ensure they align with your core values and the identity you are intentionally cultivating. We aren't just changing habits; we are clearing the path so you can live with the clarity and intention of a Masterpiece in progress.
As a bilingual clinician, I offer a practical perspective that honors the challenge of navigating diverse cultures. I help you bridge the gap between your heritage and your future, ensuring the systems we design together are both culturally resonant and personally meaningful.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, identity loss, and emotional overwhelm. Thank you for taking time to learn a little about me. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional with over 28 years of counseling experience in clinical, private and educational settings. I practice Client-centered therapy. For those who are unfamiliar with Client-centered therapy it is based on the practice that the CLIENT is best able to decide what to explore and mark as a goal of treatment. I empower all my clients without compromising empathy. Whatever the reason any individual, couple, or family comes to me, I challenge their skillset to solve problems and restore resolve; not simply provide short-term solutions. The first step to achieve this is to build a rapport with essential empathy and unconditional positive regard.
I believe in relationships. Seems a little elementary but one's physical, mental, and overall wellness is dependent on relations that we have with each other. No matter how large or small one's family is, and/or social circle we were all meant to establish and grow relationships. No level of true self-reflection would escape this fact. I witnessed this to be true in all of my clients as with myself.
I currently reside Central Florida with my wife, son, and three daughters. As a family we enjoy an active lifestyle supportive of one another and the family dynamic.
I welcome the opportunity to work with you, feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

My name is Dr. Olushola Bakare, and my work centers on helping people recognize the strengths they already carry. Just as a fish is built to swim and a bird to fly, I believe each of us has our own natural way of moving through life, and my role is to help you find and lean into yours. I work with adults and older adults who are ready to feel more grounded, confident, and understood, in a space that is safe, warm, and free of judgment. To help make sure we are the right fit from the start, I want to be upfront that my practice does not currently include couples counseling, medication management, or completing disability, FMLA, or legal paperwork. I work with adults 18 years and older. If any of these are part of what you are looking for, I am happy to help you find a provider whose practice is built around that support.

Welcome! I’m Dr. Judge, a psychotherapist specializing in women’s mental health. If you’ve been carrying the emotional weight of motherhood, relationships, or simply trying to hold everything together, I want you to know you are not alone. I understand the words "I'm tired of being strong!" I offer a safe, compassionate, faith-centered space where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and begin healing.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring personal understanding shaped by marriage, divorce, motherhood, and the heartbreak of miscarriage. In our work together, I help you slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Many women arrive feeling constantly “on” mental overload, emotionally depleted, or unable to rest.
A central focus of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself. Therapy becomes a space where you no longer have to ignore your own needs or carry everything by yourself. Together, we explore who you are now, what you need, and how to create a life that feels more peaceful, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling. Therapy with me is a supportive space where you are deeply seen, heard, and cared for. You do not have to keep struggling alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.

This boundary allows us to prioritize your clinical goals and maintain a dedicated environment for your mental wellness.

Are you constantly trying to strike a balance between the demands of work and parenting or co-parenting, while also managing your health, housework, and perhaps other demands? I also like to work with clients on their recovery from trauma. With this in mind, I incorporate various treatment modalities, where healing and recovery can take place through a combination of compassionate conversation, active listening, homework assignments journaling, mindfulness, self-reflection, cognitive behavior therapy, grief counseling, boundary setting and trauma-informed care. I also offer a faith-based support, where clients seeking a Christian approach are welcome.

I have been a mental health service provider since 2004, after earning my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I'm currently pursuing a doctorate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University, where my research focuses on relational resonance, relationships, and reconciliation in conflict resolution. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance & Commitment, Mindfulness, Interpersonal, Humanistic and Client-Centered, Psychodynamic therapeutic modalities, among others. While theory and technique are crucial, I believe the heart of therapy lies in genuine human connection.
I sit with you. I listen to understand your unique lived experiences. I support you. Through questioning, you are guided to the answers you seek; with your permission, I offer different perspectives and encouragement as you do the meaningful work of change.
We build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, honesty, and collaboration. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your path to greater well-being.

My name is Monica Miller. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Massachusetts, and Maryland. I have over 20 years of experience counseling children, parents, couples, and individuals. I received my Master's in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. As a transpersonal counselor, I view my clients' health through three lenses: Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual. While we may not discuss these in each of your sessions, they are always a part of your experience. I have experience working on personal growth, especially in the later stages of adolescence (ages 18-25). My familiarity with working with depression and anxiety allows me to help others in all stages of life.
Sometimes life blows up in a way you never saw coming. A relationship ends. Someone lies to you. Trust gets shattered. You lose someone you love. Anxiety starts taking over your brain. Or you wake up one day and realize the life you thought you were building is not the life you actually have.
A lot of the people I work with are functioning just fine on the outside while internally thinking, What the hell just happened to my life? They're replaying conversations, second-guessing themselves, trying to make sense of someone else's behavior, wondering whether they missed something, and feeling completely exhausted by their own thoughts.
You don't need to show up with a diagnosis or a beautifully organized explanation of what's wrong. You can bring the messy version.
I'm not a therapist who is going to sit silently for 50 minutes, nod occasionally, and then ask how that made you feel. I am engaged. I ask questions. I notice patterns. I will tell you what I'm seeing. I will validate what deserves validation, and I will also challenge you when I think you are getting stuck, avoiding something important, or being much harder on yourself than the situation actually calls for.
There is room here for grief, anger, confusion, ugly truths, dark humor, bad decisions, overthinking, faith, and the occasional sentence that starts with, "I know this sounds crazy, but..."
I work especially well with adults dealing with anxiety, grief, heartbreak, betrayal, complicated relationships, and major life changes.
What happened matters. But I do not want the worst thing that happened to you to become the organizing principle for the rest of your life.
*Only Saturday sessions available at this time. Any weekday openings are reserved for current caseload of clients.*

Hi, I’m Demetria Agharese, and I help people who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves find their way forward.
My ideal clients are adults who may look like they have it all together on the outside but are quietly struggling on the inside. You may be the person everyone depends on while privately battling anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, self-doubt, burnout, relationship difficulties, or the pressure to constantly “hold it all together.”
Maybe your mind won’t shut off. You overthink every decision, question your feelings, replay conversations, worry about what might happen, or feel trapped by thoughts you wish you could turn off. Maybe you’re navigating a breakup, divorce, major life transition, low self-esteem, or simply wondering, “How did I lose myself?”
You don’t have to continue living that way.
I offer a warm, genuine, culturally responsive, and judgment-free space where you can put down the weight you’ve been carrying and talk openly about what’s really happening. I don’t believe therapy should feel like sitting across from someone who simply checks boxes on a diagnosis list. I believe you deserve to feel heard, understood, challenged when needed, and supported throughout the process.
Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ERP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, behavioral strategies, and mindfulness, I help clients break unhelpful cycles, face fears, manage difficult emotions, build confidence, establish healthier boundaries, and become less controlled by anxiety and uncertainty.
Most importantly, therapy with me is collaborative. I’m not here to tell you who you should be. I’m here to help you discover who you are, understand what matters to you, and develop the confidence to live accordingly.
If you’re ready to stop simply surviving and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, confident, and meaningful, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
