Welcome! II’m Daniela Carter (she/her/hers), a mental health therapist with over 15 years of experience walking alongside individuals, families, children, and communities on their path to healing. My journey began at the University of Central Florida, where I earned my Master’s in Social Work, but the heart of my work has always lived in the stories people carry. In my practice, I offer a space where judgment is left at the door and your full self is welcome. This being a space to be heard, seen, and supported, especially when life feels out of rhythm. I believe healing happens when we gently reconnect with ourselves: our thoughts, our emotions, our bodies. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I provide counseling that honors your language, your roots, and your lived experiences. My approach blends mindfulness, emotional awareness, and body-centered wellness to help you find balance and reclaim your sense of direction. This work is my calling, to help you rise above what weighs you down and rediscover the strength that’s always been yours.
