I believe that all people can benefit from support while identifying and changing thoughts and behaviors in ways that can better help them live their ideal lives. I hope to be a resource you can use to reach those goals and support you along the way, working together to create balance between acceptance and change. You'll likely experience me as warm, respectful, positive, and often solution-focused.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Each session is individualized to fit the needs of each client. In our first session together we'll start getting to know each other and figure out if we're a good fit. We'll also talk about what you hope to accomplish in our time together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe that many people want a therapist who is both accepting and supportive, and also able to collaborate with them on specific strategies to help them accomplish their goals. I strive to provide both in my practice.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My dream clients are young adults and adults who are juggling a lot, including work, relationships, and family, while quietly feeling overwhelmed. They are often anxious, exhausted from people pleasing, and unsure how to put themselves on the list without feeling guilty. They are looking for a space where they can be honest, not feel judged, and start to understand why they feel stuck. I am a good fit for clients who appreciate warmth, gentle honesty, and practical tools they can use in real life.
