Hello, I’m Kelly, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over fifteen years of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges. I completed my Master’s degree in 2003 and became licensed in 2007. Throughout my career, I’ve helped individuals with stress, anxiety, depression, helping them find clarity, balance, and renewed confidence. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly heard and respected. Together, we focus on understanding what’s weighing on you and identifying practical ways to improve your outlook and emotional well-being. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions while building skills that support meaningful change. I work collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical tools that can be used outside of sessions. My goal is to help you feel empowered, capable, and more confident in navigating life’s challenges.
I believe in a client driven therapy session, meaning I meet you at your need. You dictate how we spend our time though I will help to guide you if you need it. I like to think I'm direct but I will support you in achieving your goals and process whichever situations are concerning you.

Hi, I’m Viviana.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a special focus on perinatal mental health — including pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility challenges. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your story, heal from past hurts, and feel more grounded and empowered in your life. Together, we’ll work toward understanding yourself more deeply, breaking free from patterns that no longer serve you, and building a future filled with hope and resilience.
As a therapist working with teens, young adults, and adults, I understand how exhausting it can feel when your mind never seems to shut off. I support clients in Connecticut and Florida in navigating depression, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem challenges, academic stress, peer conflict, and life transitions. Together, we build practical coping skills in a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you feel more balanced and in control.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and feel more in control of their lives. I integrate trauma-informed care and mindfulness into my practice to foster a safe space for clients to grow and feel empowered. I support individuals to navigate many different life challenges using practical tools to reinforce long-term success.
Hi. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is located in Connecticut. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University in New York. I am a very well-rounded therapist, working with patients with substance abuse, psychiatric issues, depression, anxiety, children in crisis and hospice/end of life planning with patients and families. I am also licensed in the state of South Carolina.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience walking alongside people through some of life's most challenging moments. My career has taken me across multiple systems — child welfare, medical social work, vocational rehabilitation, and community mental health — and what I have carried through all of it is a deep belief that every person has the capacity for growth and healing, regardless of where they are starting from.
I bring a warm, direct, and grounded presence to my work. I am not the kind of therapist who sits back and says very little- I am engaged, I ask questions, and I genuinely invest in understanding your world. At the same time, I know that the pace and direction of this work belong to you. My role is to walk alongside you, not ahead of you.
I am particularly passionate about working with young adults navigating the complexities of early adulthood, as well as individuals from communities that have traditionally had limited access to culturally responsive mental health care. I understand that taking the step to reach out for support is not always easy, and I don't take lightly the trust it takes to sit across from someone and say 'I need help.
Whether you are coming in with a specific goal in mind or you simply know that something needs to change and you are not quite sure where to start-I am here for that conversation
My name is Rebecca, I love warm weather, my two cats, yoga and visual arts.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression and trauma. I believe therapy can be an empowering part of growth and healing. My work integrates the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body, helping clients learn to regulate stress, process experiences, and feel more grounded.
The space we create together is one where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself—whether you’re simply looking for a place to vent and process emotions or wanting to dive deeper into long-standing patterns and behaviors that may no longer be serving you.
My name is Nikki, I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Connecticut. I have over 10 years of experience helping adults with addiction and mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, stress, self esteem and healthy relationships. I am a big believer that everyone should have access to therapy because we all need a safe, unbiased person to talk to. I strive to create an environment where people feel supported, empowered, and motivated to work on their goals.
Hi there, I go by Maddy and I've been working in the field for about 3 years helping clients at the worst points of their lives find a sense of relief from their suffering. I work with a diverse range of clients, ideally those who have a very loud inner critic, want to be more outspoken and advocate for themselves, and those who feel that they aren't cut out for this weird thing called life. I have a particular affinity towards anyone experiencing the above with the added layer of AuDHD. If any of the above speaks to you, please reach out and schedule an intake appointment.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 5 years of clinical experience supporting individuals with significant behavioral and mental health difficulties.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults with eating disorders in PHP and IOP settings, children with behavioral health challenges in a residential setting, and adults who are dually diagnosed with mental health and substance use disorders in an outpatient setting.
As a provider I am committed to bringing all of my clinical experience and an open mind to each session to work with every individual in all of their uniqueness.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with clients navigating life’s plot twists, anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ identity, and grief, basically all the moments where things don’t go as planned and your brain decides to add commentary. My approach is grounded in both clinical experience and lived experience, including the loss of a baby, being late diagnosed with ADHD, and managing chronic illness, all of which pushed me to learn deeply so I could show up more fully for my clients. I tend to meet people in the messy middle, where things are real, a little complicated, and still very workable.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to helping individuals, teenagers, and families navigate the complex challenges that life often presents. With a deep understanding of trauma informed care, I have dedicated my career to supporting those who have experienced emotional, psychological, or developmental trauma, offering a safe and supportive environment where healing and growth can occur. My work with teenagers involves addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, peer pressure, identity development, and family conflict, while also fostering emotional regulation, communication skills, and self-esteem. I also provide guidance and therapeutic support to families struggling with relational breakdowns, parenting challenges, and intergenerational trauma, using a strengths based and systems-focused approach to promote resilience and connection. In my work with adults, I help individuals process complex emotions, rebuild their sense of safety, and move toward a life of empowerment and meaning. Whether providing individual therapy, family counseling, or group sessions, I strive to create an atmosphere of trust, cultural sensitivity, and non-judgment, recognizing the unique story and journey of every client. I draw on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and trauma-focused interventions to help clients build skills, improve functioning, and work through past wounds. My goal is to not only help clients survive their experiences, but to thrive despite them to discover their inner strength, reconnect with their values, and write new narratives of hope and possibility. I believe that healing is a collaborative process, and I am honoured to walk alongside my clients in their journey toward mental, emotional, and relational wellness.

¡Hola! Solo estoy ofreciendo servicios en español! Soy una Trabajadora Social Clínica con Licencia (LCSW) con mi práctica en Connecticut. Recibí mi diploma de Maestría de la Universidad de Fordham y tengo más de siete años de experiencia. I have over a decade of experience providing therapy to those wanting to improve their outlook, facing anxiety or depression, and desiring to build new patterns that reflect improved self-worth and growth. I guide through a client-centered approach, incorporating various methods in order to empower clients to turn their vulnerabilities into strengths. When working with me, you will learn to look at yourself through many lenses. The work of therapy can change the nature of the position you’re in, so we will learn what’s contributed to the ways in which you love yourself and others, and your outcome will reflect the many ways you can grow with my guidance. We will meet regularly, and we will laugh together (even when tears are also shed); I will hold a metaphorical mirror to you, as you come to therapy to learn and be challenged.
Hey, I'm Carlos! I am a therapist dedicated to helping you reclaim your personal power. By integrating highly successful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Mindfulness techniques, I help you slow down and recognize the significance of every moment. Together, we will work to ensure you feel empowered to make positive choices rather than feeling like a victim of your own thoughts or current life situations.
Hi, I’m Gwen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is honest, compassionate, and grounded in real life. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale, show up as yourself, and speak openly about what you’re carrying without feeling judged, rushed, or misunderstood.
I work with individuals navigating chronic health conditions, substance use, stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, and the emotional weight that comes with always having to “hold it together.” I also support caregivers and family members managing the emotional strain that can come with loving someone through illness, addiction, mental health challenges, or resistance to care. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you’re constantly trying to support others while also trying not to lose yourself in the process.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with individuals and families impacted by homelessness, addiction, unstable support systems, medical challenges, and survival mode living. My style is warm, direct, interactive, and down to earth. I’m not the type of therapist who just sits quietly and nods through the session. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation with someone who is present, engaged, and genuinely invested in your growth.
In our work together, we’ll focus on understanding patterns, building healthier coping strategies, improving emotional awareness, strengthening boundaries, and creating meaningful change that fits your real life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, empowered, and better equipped to navigate whatever season of life you’re in.
Seeking strength, understanding, and a path forward? I'm not your typical therapist. I've walked the walk that you have, not just once, but twice. As a former Marine and law enforcement officer, I know firsthand the pressures, traumas, and unique challenges faced by those in service and beyond. Now, I leverage my experience and clinical expertise to guide individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and the invisible wounds of trauma.
My name is Elizabeth and I am grateful that you are here. I believe that people are capable of meaningful change, even when life feels overwhelming or when they feel stuck. Reaching out for therapy can be difficult, and I have a lot of respect for the inherent grit it takes to begin this process. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore what’s going on in your life without judgment. I see therapy as a collaborative process. We work together to better understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and discover new ways of moving forward.
Part of what makes my therapeutic style unique is the way I intentionally tailor it to each client’s experience. No matter the circumstances, people are often doing the best that they can with the resources that they have access to. I believe that everyone is looking for a place where they can be their authentic selves without apology. A strong therapeutic relationship can be a safe space to foster that authenticity. I practice from a trauma-informed perspective and racial equity lens, and understand that each client is an intersection of the various identities they are balancing (e.g. race, gender, sexuality, culture). In our first session together, we will discuss why you've decided to begin therapy and the areas of your life you would like to work on. From there, we will create a personalized plan for self-discovery and emotional healing.

I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My role is to offer another perspective, a way to see life more fully and function better, no more, no less. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support individuals in a variety of settings including extended day treatment programs, residential programs, school-based services, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient therapy. These experiences have allowed me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and better understand the many ways life challenges can impact emotional wellbeing.
I also have specialized experience supporting individuals who have experienced difficult or overwhelming life experiences and understand the ways past experiences can continue to impact emotions, relationships, self-worth, and day-to-day functioning. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut and New York. I received my Masters from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and have been in the field for 12 years.
I have extensive experience working with college-aged and emerging adults navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions. Additionally, I've worked with adults on the autism spectrum, family members and caregivers of people with developmental disabilities, and others in helping roles. More importantly, I’m interested in getting to know you as an individual and working together in a way that feels supportive, practical, and aligned with who you are.
I am here to offer support and guidance while you work through your thoughts, feelings and emotions as you move towards becoming your best self. I have 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing things such as emotional distress, substance use, or issues that may call for a safe space to discuss and work through.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my MSW from George Mason University and have extensive experience working with adults, families and youth in the Washington D.C. area, Arizona and Oregon. In recent years, I have focused on adults experiencing life changes such as empty nesting, divorce, career changes, retirement, caring for a family member, loss/grief, and supporting professionals in the social work profession. I am a RYT 200-hour yoga teacher and like to incorporate yoga principles and practices in sessions. My approach is to provide a safe space for individuals to process their feelings, own what is theirs, and release limiting beliefs about themselves. It is my belief that everyone has the answers within themselves and the role of therapy is to support individuals on their own unique journey. It is equally as important for a therapist to have a strong commitment to their own growth in order to show up and be present for others.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—especially if you’re worried about being vulnerable or judged. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely safe, supported, and accepted just as you are. At the same time, I gently help guide you toward growth and healing in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
I’ve worked with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, family conflict, trauma, and the many challenges that can come up during adolescence and adulthood. Together, we’ll move at your pace, exploring tools and strategies that truly fit you so you can better understand yourself and feel more confident in handling life’s difficulties.
I see this as a collaborative process—you don’t have to figure things out alone. As part of your team, I’ll support you in discovering what works best for you and in creating the changes you want to see in your life.
