I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both CT and MA. I earned my Master's Degree at Central Connecticut State University and have been in practice for many years. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and discuss goals for therapy. We will collaboratively develop a plan for treatment and dive into the specific challenges you're facing. Throughout the process, we will work together to assess your needs, identify your goals, and create a personalized, tailored plan for us to work through challenges in follow-up sessions.

Krista has a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State University. Krista worked in both outpatient and residential substance abuse settings as a case manager, group therapy facilitator, and family therapist. She has many years of experience as an outpatient therapist. She provides individual, couple, and family therapy. Her experience has taught her to listen to the content of what is being said and to focus on the process to uncover a deeper meaning. She is curious, helpful, understanding, and kind.
