New to Grow
Clinically, I identify as a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and empowerment-focused clinician who believes healing occurs through authentic relationships, resilience-building, and a deep understanding of each person's lived experience. My practice is rooted in recognizing the impact of trauma, systemic barriers, and social inequities on mental health while helping individuals, families, and communities identify their strengths and capacity for growth. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued, balancing evidence-based interventions with genuine human connection. My work is guided by a commitment to social justice, advocacy, and holistic healing, with the belief that meaningful change occurs when individuals are empowered to reclaim their voice, build on their resilience, and define wellness on their own terms.
